Upon delivery, some items were damaged and one was broken al together.
Was told by the sales rep I would get a call from somebody in the service dept. in order to decide on a time to reschedule delivery and after we waited and waited, we never received that call. I ended up calling back & was told by the customer svc rep that they would try and accommodate our time & she'd have to check and would know the answer later - again, never got a follow up.
Etcetc
Very disappointed in the quality - broken and damaged items as well as the lack of concern and proper follow up on Bacon's part.

Service next to none. By far the best furniture store that we have ever dealt with. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. A real pleasure to work with, especially Ron at the port Charlotte store. The delivery men are also very pleasant to work with. A real team effort, we can't say enough good things about Bacon Furniture ! Don't waste your time going to those other stores.

Ron was extremely helpful in picking out a sofa, loveseat and chair. He assisted us to the carpet department which is run by an independent vendor. We became comfortable with Ron, and asked him to remain with us. He did not profit from this decision. We returned two days later, asked for Ron and he greeted us enthusiastically by our names!
I also experienced the creative genius in Dodie Mash. Ron recommended Dodie because I had mentioned that I was looking for a designer for drapes and curtains. Bacon's knows how to hire only the best!

Very positive purchasing experience. The salesperson who assisted us knew exactly what we were looking for and expedited the purchase. The Bacon's price was competitive and the delivery team friendly and professional. We'll go to Bacon's for our future furnishing needs.

We just recently had Bacon's help us design custom made Capri Sunbrella sectional and an accent chair, the experience was very good and very smooth. The order was progressed well and the delivery and set up was performed on time and very professionally. We are delighted with our new furnishings which look great. We have been dealing with Bacon's since 2009 when they helped us furnish our new home and I would highly recommend their huge range and choice of products and their very professional and friendly service

The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable about the various brands of furniture. She was very helpful in selecting the correct stain for the headboard of our guest bed. We appreciated the delivery call. The headboard was in perfect condition and it was attached correctly by the delivery people.

Bacon's has a HUGE selection with something for everyone. Exceptional value and tons of expert help available with interior designers to really help solve what I am looking for. The best part is the integrity behind the family-owned and operated feeling. Even the sales staff has been there 20 years -- that is a company done right. TONS of Florida styles too!
