Was visiting Chicago for the day and decided to try Wildberry. What an amazing choice! Great prices for a restaurant downtown Chicago. My husband raved about their hot oatmeal with fruit and organic coffee. I ordered their Wildberry Orange juice and the WB BLT and opted for turkey bacon. Both were phenomenal. Service was also fantastic. The waitress was attentive and kind. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, and I can see why!

Excellent experience here. I have a milk allergy and they were extremely accommodating and the service was outstanding. The food was great and everything was very fresh. I recommend downloading the NoWait app to avoid having to wait 1-2hours for a table, however the wait is well worth it. Definitely a must if you’re visiting the city!

Went to Chicago for four days and enjoyed it so much I went twice. Efficient Staff; though it was very busy but they move people in and out very fast. Wait staff was awesome and energetic; they offered suggestions on their favorite meals (when asked). Had a group of seven and still managed to get seated and plated fast. Food was terrific and it's right by the park so you can walk off your meal!!

Wonderful breakfast place, I had the 3eggs with minced ham and cheddar cheese, hash browns and toast, my Husband had the butcher block with pancakes. Large portions! You won't leave hungry. There is often a long wait but the food makes up for it. The staff is in constant motion and seemed well trained, very friendly, and they all seem to enjoy working there. The owner is often on hand, working as hard as his employees. I can not say enough good things. . . We may plan a trip back to Chicago just for breakfast there! Check in via smart phone to cut your wait time down.

Came here for breakfast on a Wednesday while visiting Chicago-was excited to try as reviews seemed great but left disappointed.

Good things: Affordable, large portion sizes. We ordered a Venetian skillet and substituted the specialty danish blueberry pancakes -this was the perfect amount for 2 people! Great service, very attentive and friendly.

Not so good: the skillet lacked flavor, we both kept adding hot sauce and ketchup for the flavor. The vegetables such as the tomatoes seemed undercooked and a bit still raw. Pancakes were good but a bit too sweet. We also ordered the cappuccino which was made from intelligentsia beans but the milk to espresso ratio was off for both cups so it ended up tasting more like lattes

Hands down the best breakfast pancakes I've ever had- ever! And I've eaten breakfasts around the world. These trump all pancakes ever!
Service was phenomenal, G was an amazing server. Very attentive to our kids & helpful. We never had an empty glass. The entire restaurant helps too take care of clearing plates, filling waters, G was excellent about ensuring we always had coffee.
The fresh brewed coffee was amazing.
The Orange juice was fresh squeezed.
It was so good we needed up going back for a 2nd visit on our short weekend getaway!

Customer service was not very good at all, they tell you your wait is an hour mine was an hour and a half, they then text you to enter and you wait another 20 minutes before you can be seated. Food is good it didn't take very long to get. Don't know for sure if it's worth a 2 hour wait though. I rate it a 3 because I personally feel customer service is a lost art and that is most important and the memories are created with the food that you eat.

Good food and excellent service. I love sitting outside when the weather allows! The people watching is like none other because it's Randolph/Michigan.

Randolph/Michigan generally smells vaguely of poop tho, so be forewarned. It's not a problem at the restaurant, though, which remains charming and lovely.

Would definitely check out this place since it's so famous in Chicago, but I'm not sure it would be worth a second visit.

We waited about an hour on Friday at 11AM to get in, and then got the Southern Eggs Benedict, Red Velvet French Toast, and the Blueberry Danish Pancakes. The food came really quick which was a plus after the hour wait!

The benedict and pancakes were perfect, but I expected a little more from the red velvet french toast. The french toast was basically three red velvet rolls with cream inside and topped with strawberries and cream. It was a little too sugary for my tastes, but that might be what you're looking for.

The prices are definitely reasonable and I took pictures of the menu below.

I have gone here twice while visiting Chicago and each time both service and food have been on par.

Both times I ordered pancakes which were absolutely delicious and the serving size was generous. [or at least for my small belly] One time I also ordered a smoothies which was very good, too. We also got oatmeal which was very filling and good.
The restaurant itself is very accommodating with both indoor and outdoor seating, and the service is very prompt and good. Although there is sometimes a wait during their busy hours, it's well worth the wait once you receive your food.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast place in Chicago.

This place is nice, serves good food and in good quantity. I like the way food is served in different styles. My friends ordered skillets , pan cakes and they really loved it, even though they are not a fan of pancakes. I ordered veggie burger for myself which was quite filling and tasty.
Price wise this place do good if we consider ambience, food etc. One can definitely try this place for pancakes

Were a party of 5 and time of wait was 5 seconds the host, Collin was exceptional in the greeting process and was very friendly and personable! Our Wonderful waitress was Amanda, her precision a great listening skills allowed a flawlessly meal to be delivered! The food was fanominal and great portion for the buck! Thank you so much to the staff!

This place is way over-hyped and did not come close to living up to expectations! We went to the one by Millennium Park. I thought my omelet was actually pretty good, but the rest of the food was mediocre. Our server was nice and efficient, but the rest of the wait staff was horrible to you if you were not their table. The bussers were quiet, friendly and efficient, but the hostesses were the worst part of the whole experience, with nothing but attitude and pompousness. If you are looking for good food and good service, go some where else, but if you are looking for an industrialized tourist trap you found it!

The food, drinks and service here are amazing. The downside is, we waited 2+ hours! One of us had a skillet, the other ham scramble. We had OJ and hot chocolate. All delicious. There's an app you can download which will tell you your spot in line, so we walked around Millennium Park and over to Navy Pier. Just make sure you go to the host stand within 5 minutes or your table is toast (haha).

Absolutely the best place for breakfast! We enjoyed omelets, and their specialty pancakes. I loved the berry bliss! Service was great, Jeremy was friendly and engaging. The food was served perfectly hot. The coffee refills were endless. We arrived within first hour and were seated immediately. But this place gets busy, so be prepared to wait. This is a must do for breakfast! I want to go back!
