Very nice place to bring friends and family. I've played volleyball and soccer here for fun. I like to bike ride around here there is a pretty good trail their and around the park. Once I even flew my drone here.

This park is great you can barbecue you can reserve Pavilions for family events they have exercise machines and the walking running and bike course is great overall this is a wonderful part to bring your family and have a great time

i went to this park as a kid sixty years ago, and there's still things I recognize. The park had managed to preserve its identity and still be a great place to go for a family outing or a family reunion, or wedding, or any get together. There's a 2 mile walking running path around the park, and there's a golf course that hasn't change a whole lot in fifty years.

What can I say it's Wicker Park!!!!! Always Clean. Convenient. It's always fun. Lot's to do. Free parking. Free time to enjoy working out or people watching golf watching your children play. BEST OF ALL ENJOYING GOD'S BEAUTIFUL CREATIONS.

This is a nice park. There is lots to do there. You can ride a bike, walk or run around the perimeter on a path specifically for such things. You can play some golf or bring your dog for exercise. They have two play areas for kids and a splash pad. There are also lots of covered table areas that you can rent for your events. It can get pretty crowded in some areas, during certain times of the day and on weekends.

The park is very clean & well kept. Splash pad is amazing! The kids really enjoyed themselves! Great outting for groups. Reservations are required for parties.

One of the best parks in highland Indiana. Has plenty of activities for both adults and children. Walking track. Golf. Bike route. Children equipment. Other activities honoring veterans. You can even celebrate your weddings

Very spacious, lovely and friendly place for friends and family outings or just to have a walk with your pets!
As of 5/2/2017, This, however the pics I took are from Centennial Park in Munster In. For what ever reason, I can't get the name changed through this site. I posted at least 2 or 3 pics.
Wicker is a very good park too. My pet and I have spent a lot of time there last summer! Go visit as I'm sure you will be very pleased!

I like this park, but they will nearly arrest you for grilling without a permit, and they now charge a membership fee for the dog run area. Frank MrVan lives in the park, in a van down by the river.

Very clean park. Has a dog park that owners must register before going in and a 2.5 mile trail that recently got extended to be longer if the person wants to take it (great for walking your dog but always clean up- the park provides free baggies all over the park so keep it clean please).
This park is great for kids in the summer so they can use the water park inside, Indiana residents get a reduced price or free sometimes but Illinois residents don't (sorry).response / report this review -

We had our Wedding Reception at the Social Center this past Fall and it went wonderfully. The staff was very helpful in the reception preparations leading up to the big day, the food was great, and the availability for out set-up the day before worked right into our schedules. The room and views were beautiful and the staff that night was more than helpful and were on top of everything. They even cleared the tables for us and had everything packed and ready to go by the end of the reception, which made things so much easier for us. Wonderful venue for a wedding and I would definitely recommend people to look into them for your next event.

A great place for the kids to play pretty decent playground! They have a splash pad for summer fun with different sprinklers (cost a small fee) plus walking paths and a little workout area with new equipment.
