1 mile trail took us an hour to walk and to the fall and enjoy the view and take pictures. I suggest bring a water and wear comfy shoes or boots. Not a steep journey to the waterfall, trail traverses all the way down. As of today 12/192017 on of the walk ways is still closed due to a tree falling and crushing it. But you still get right down to the fall and it’s gorgeous. I suggest for the whole family great time.
There is no campground named Dukes Creek Campground. It doesn't exist. There is tent camping available about a mile farther up GA-348 at the Raven Cliffs Trail Area and down Forest Service road 244 (FS-244) which is also access at the Raven Cliffs trail area.
Awesome place.
Beautiful waterfall near Helen.
