Nice place to launch a kayak from for a Chipola trip, or take a quick dip if you dare. Like any place with water, it tends to be overwhelmed with fishermen.

Loved it. But it is 4hrs long be prepared to be in cold and then even colder water. Also try to have 2 cars one at the bottom of the river and one at the top. That way you can use your own tubes and save a ton of money on rental, but if not bear paw is more than willing to take your money and bring you back. No attack on bear paw they are a good honest service but you can save a lot of money with some simple planning.

I love this park for tubing, fishing and an occasional walk during the week for exercise. the boardwalk is textured and well maintained which makes it easy to walk.

This is a nice place to fish or put in a canoe. It has a boardwalk to hike and some picnic tables. Opes from sunrise to sunset.
