I've dealt with Jeff in parts and sue in service they were very easy to work with Jeff got me all the parts I needed right on time and was very informative. And Sue supervised service on my trailer three separate times and I never had an issue and everything was good I highly recommend White Horse RV

This place is not honest at all. We bought a used RV, and it was our first time so they really took advantage. We took it on one trip to North Carolina, and when we got home, the brakes were acting up. It wasn't even driveable after a single tripthey brought it in for service only to tell us that most of the brake lines had gone bad. How was this possible when it allegedly had a certified inspection immediately prior to purchase? I did some research, and brake lines appear to go bad over time, meaning this was not a brand new issue, and they sold a "certified" vehicle with significant damage. We could have been killed due to their negligence/dishonesty.

The RV we purchased was also leaning about 3" to the right. Again, we should have more thoroughly inspected it before purchasing, but we really had no idea what to look for. We assumed that when paying $55k for something, the salespeople would not be trying to get away with damages. We were wrong. There was a suspension issue that cost us a lot of money, just because we decided to trust these people.

Lastly, we recently learned that class A RV tires are not supposed to be driven on after a max of 7 years. At the time of purchase, our RV was 9 years old. We checked the tread on the tires and assumed that were okay, not knowing that they age out instead of wearing out. A new set of tires is close to $3k. I would suggest finding a different dealership to buy from, perhaps one that is not interested in trying to sell damaged motorhomes to people who do not know better.

I have never bought an RV, but if I did I would buy it here. I've looked a million times and the staff is always helpful. Great selection of new and some used vehicles.

My wife and I, first time buyers, purchase a 2015 Jayco Jayflight 33RLDS leftover in April 2016. Whitehorse RV was nice to store it for us for several months. When we picked it up in August they were very professional and explained everything to us. Alicia, our salesperson was very upfront and honest, with no surprises. We traveled 1200 miles from NJ to FL without any problems or issues. Once we set up in FL everything worked as it should again, without any problems or issues. We would recommend Alicia and Whitehorse RV to anyone looking to purchase an RV. Super satisfied purchasers and would buy again. Thanks Whitehorse RV for a very pleasant experience.

Update - 2-11-17
We have been in Florida enjoying our new Jayco with no issues. Alicia has touched base from time to time to make sure we are happy with our purchase. When ready for the next one we will definitely contact Alicia at White Horse RV center.

My wife and I are very happy customers. We are on our second camper bought through Whitehorse RV. Ours salesperson, Alicia Kelly was very helpful and made buying simple. She has stayed in touch even well after our purchase. We've used the service dept. a couple of times and they have been easy to deal with. We will return to Whitehorse RV when its time to upgrade.

No stars. They require you put at least one. I bought a second brand new travel trailer from them. While moving it from my campground to their location for winterizing, their driver somehow ripped the roof of the brand new trailer. They took it in, patched the roof and NEVER told me. I was in my upstairs bedroom and looked down and saw the 4 foot tear patched. The owner admitted to it and wound up in Court. I won of course. But, the one question he did not answer is: Why would you do this to someone who bought two new trailers from you and had all maintenance performed by you? Buyer beware.

I purchased new from White Horse. I certainly regret it. Don't make the same mistake. Forget about any level of customer service after the sale. Rude, condescending salesmen. If you are thinking about buying an RV remember, they are very difficult to resell at any price. If something changes in your life and you no longer need/want/can afford your RV, don't expect them to buy it from you or to be helpful in any way shape or form. Instead, what you can expect is to be condescended to and treated like garbage. Nice touch! Once they have your money, you no longer matter to them. I suppose they don't care about repeat or future customers. I will never do any kind of business with them again.
