Been emailing Kyle off and on for 2 weeks because I just bought a used car with NO key fob. Asked Kyle questions with him always answering me back promptly, because this was the first time ever I had a car with a key fob!! Had to buy my fob online (import) due to the HIGH cost a dealer wants! Got my fob, went to Kyle and he programmed my fob in 5 minutes! Overall I saved almost $150 going to a locksmith than a dealer!!! Thanks Kyle!!

These guys are really good. Had some challenging keys for a special lock that I needed copies of. They were able to come up with a way to modify some different blanks and make it work. Even stayed a few minutes after closing to finish the job. Awesome service. Great selection of safes, locks, keyrings, etc.

Often when the locks on your house or car are going bad, it is really the crappy keys you had made at Home Depot. Don’t use WD-40 they have something better. These guy do chipped keys way cheaper than dealer ships.

This is my first but NOT my last time coming here. Every employee was very warm and inviting. A staff member although busy, still greeted me and noted someone will be up front. Immediately another employee came and helped. They were very quick in servicing my needs and very open in teaching me what the problem was, how they fixed the problem, and answered all my questions. GREAT SERVICE and very HELPFUL!

I was impressed with the customer service provided by the various Whitlow's staff. They were knowledgeable regarding locks and doors, period. What impressed me the most was the first person said he did not know something and immediately brought over another person who did know and continued to address my needs/questions seamlessly. This was not my experience with other locksmiths.
