Horrible experience, went to cancel and was told I would not be charged anymore fees, but was still charged an annual fee and then was told that there was still an inactive account that I owed on, which I did pay before starting the new membershipthe crew member that cancelled my account was new and told me I would not get charged anymore, spoke to management and she said oh I’m sorry he screwed up telling you that and offered no type of reimbursement. I called corporate and the guy sounded like a stoner and basically said “oh well they are franchise so we like don’t deal with that kind of stuff” and told me I have the option of leaving feedback so here I amI’ve been paying faithfully for the past 2 years and have probably only went 1-2 months and every time I try canceling there’s always some kind of excuse they give me on why they can’t. I will buy my own equipment and work out on my own time from now onwhat a joke! I wish I could leave no stars!

Friendly staff, but place is packed which is expected with a low price and lots of equipment.
Facility seemed to be hot, musty and humid the last couple of times I visited. What's up with the ventilation? Air quality is crucial in an environment like that! Step it up a little!response / report this review -

Melissa is always smiling when I come in and I always feel so welcome. She is very friendly and very professional. She's up beat and does a great job.

I enjoy working out here. I have already recommended 4 more people in Wisconsin and 4 people in RockyHill, CT and all of them joined the gym.

Great Planet Fitness! Large location with a lot of equipment that is in great working order. The people that run this location do a fantastic job of keeping the location neat and clean.

The interior of the gym and locker room is always extremely clean! Staff is always friendly and looks happy to be there.

I really like this gym, i was a member about 2 years ago and cancelled my membership long story short,it was hard for me to workout didn't know i was pregnant, now it's been 15mo since I've had been at a gym & one of my first thoughts ,where to go back to plant fitness on s 27th, very nice clean environment, and nice staff. Now my husband's going sign up. May God bless your jounery 2/13/17
