Always getting the information wrong. One month I had to bring the same forms for foodshare three times,they stamp it each time and still wouldn't see it in the system. One lady asked me why would employer put the wrong date. Like I'm the one who fill out these forms. Always getting my case confused with my dad's case. Unbelievable.

MILWAUKEE H H S is A JOKE - ",Laura" my caseworker kept making appointments - then cancelling them. IF YOU ARE DISABLED, THEY WILL BE RUDE AND DISSUASIVE UNTIL YOU GIVE UP. They are lazy - and never worked for a living. Their job is to do as little as possible. Much like Scott Walker, they believe in kicking the poor and disabled in order to boost their own self esteem. they are worthless, lazy, cowards - if you try and work with them - they will cheat you ,so you can laugh at you -

They treat people here like CRIMINALS. NO respect and NO humanity. Piss poor place too. It's ran like an institution and it looks like one equally. It must be a pure embarrassment to have this be your place of employment.

*my six month review*
i went to do my review of my case. the service rep. that was assigned to me was very rude and unprofessional . he is a big black male and he goes by the name JOE. He insulted me . saying that i forged signitures on my legal documents. also was very confrontational he sits at the computer room desk and is not a pleasure to work with. i will no longer go to that location. he has NO customer service skills. I was very unsatisfied with the way i was treated. Talked to . i let him know that i do google reviews and would be writing one on his behavior. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
