I showed up with my over 10 year old Trek 7500 Hybrid & explained the problem I was having, they looked over the bike, test rode it & found that a frame weld had given way. They contacted Trek & told me the Company had a warranty on their frames & that they would honor that. I never expected to come back to pick up a completely new bike from the shop. Trek was excellent because Wheel & Heel
made it happen with their diligent examination & correction of the problem. I've never been to a better Bike shop than Wheel & Heel, my new bike also has a maintenance contract for all the adjustments & servicing to come. Great folks, dedicated riders & skilled artisans. Thanks again, had a great ride on my new bike today

The folks at Wheel and Heel are always friendly and helpful. My wife and I have purchased Trek and Electra bicycles for ourselves and our children here, and the lifetime adjustments has proven helpful, as well as the discounts you get when you buy a bicycle from their shop. While we don't plan to stay in New York State forever, as long as we live here Wheel and Heel will be out bicycle shop of choice

I would not buy a bike from anywhere else! You always here about buying local and this bike shop gives the reason! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really loves cycling. They host weekend rides are involved in the community, and sports events great atmosphere. If you are looking to get a bike and in the area, buy from Wheel and Heel! Great folks, great bikes, great service!
