Completely terrible! Rude staff, dirty rooms, roaches & disgusting bathrooms & chipped bathtubs.
    BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!
S/N: If you DO Choose this hotel? Only book one night at a time. They also run a scam to kick people out of their rooms and keep the money for all remaining nights. Lots of people hanging around the hotel. Cops are there almost daily. Trust me, BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! If I could give less stars I would. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
    Three thumbs down.

Husband, son & I checked in 11/20/2017. Son had knocked blankets onto the floor and while picking them up pulled the skirting so it was hanging up and found a syringe on the floor. Yes a syringe. Took to front desk after picking it up in napkins. Waited for manager the next day to see what she had to say or would do for us. Said we could have switched rooms.. We already looked for any more a little late. But would not refund any money or give another night. Do check your beds, floors for any hazardous items before you get comfortable.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in Tennessee. The air quality in the room made myself and my husband so sick. The rules to this place are so strict. Its on a very busy fast moving two way highway. If you can afford to go a few more miles up the road do it. Don't be swayed by this indoor pool. It makes it incredibly noisy and just all in all a bad seedy type motel.

It is what it is. A place to sleep and get a nice breakfast in the morning! Wasn't to shocked by the appearance or amenities. Micro fridge was ice cold and microwave works great! Check in clerk last night was very friendly and helpful! Dated TV but wasn't out of town to watch TV was here for the Bell Witch experience!

2 guest one dog got a smoking room becuz that's all they had left our room seemed to be the only one that had carpet stains and puke stains all over the walls the blanket we got had cigarette burns and the people were very rude even when we asked to switch rooms they denied us and didn't have the extra towels we needed since we decided to book 2 nights ahead. They said first come first serve but everyone after us still seemed to get better rooms.

When we pulled up we were a little sceptical about staying, driving from Florida and really needing a place that excepts pets, we decided to give it a change. When we walked in it was, surprisingly, really nice.. and they had a indoor pool and the front desk attendant was really pleasant. That changed when we got to our room. There was a dirty soap in the shower, and burn holes in the blankets. Having a rough couple of days we just laughed about it until we found a condom wrapper and a dirty sock next to the bed. At that point we wanted to immediately leave but they were not sure if they could give us our money that we paid for the weekend. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My kids love this hotel because of the indoor slide and pool. The hotel has a strong oder of chlorine. The room appeared clean. I noticed a flea on me from the room. It's basically a dive motel. The rate is reasonable.

Decided to book here because we needed a room last minute that was dog friendly. When we checked in, they realized I had a German Shepherd and told me that we had to stay in a smoking room. This was not disclosed anywhere on their website, and even after telling them my daughter was premature, they said there was "nothing" they could do to accomadate us, even though I reserved a non-smoking room online hours before.
Rooms were absolutely filthy. My daughter had black feet within a couple of minutes of taking off her socks. The bathroom was so bad I refused to even shower in there. The television plug didn't stay in the wall and crackled loudly while on. We slept with the main blanket/"comforter" in the floor because it had such heavy stains that it looked like it hadn't been washed in months or more Guys, get some Shout! It's cheap and pulls stains out easy. No excuse for that mess.
For $70+ after taxes, I at least expected a clean room. It should have been a clue that they had less than 3 stars online, but I've learned my lesson.

We booked at another hotel, but there was no vacancy when we checked in. We hurriedly booked at Westgate. The rate was a bit higher here, but there was a room for us. It is on the 3rd floor so we had to climb stairs to get to the room. We discussed the stairs then decided there was no way either of us seniors could carry our bags up the flights of stairs. We decided to cancel the room and sleep in the car in Wal-Mart parking lot. I went to the desk and told the lady there that we want to cancel because we cannot carry our bags up the stairs. The lady was very helpful and was going to cancel for us, but a nice young man volunteered to take our bags up to our room. He gave me his phone number and said to let him know when we were checking out and he would come and take the bags to our car. He was a friend of one of the desk clerks.

I was surprised to see the luxurious indoor pool! Plus, I'm impressed this place has flat screen TV's, free WiFi, a bar, and free breakfast!

The floors were disgusting, I out my son down and his feet/knees/hands were covered in dirt and such in less than 5 minutes. The sheets were barley covering the beds, which were the squeekiest things I have ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. There was a cigarette butt in my (non-smoking!!!) Room's trashcan when we came in as well as the smell of smoke, which tells me either the room wasn't cleaned, or whoever did was smoking inside. There was a chair at the desk that have SEVERAL holes in it. Some of the lights didn't even work, either due to missing bulbs, or the button not working. I have to unplug the microwave just to use one of them. The only reason I gave it TWO stars instead of one is bc the bed, although I HIGHLY doubt it was clean, was comfortable.

I just went there to swim with my niece who was staying there. The pool is very fun and the water slide is fast! Lots of children swim here though so be sure to rinse the pool water off when you leave.
