The staff was courteous, the room was clean and well equipped. There were no shortcomings here. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was standard mid-tier hotel fare, but the website made it seem like it would be more ("cooked to order"). The juice machine was also out of surface with no alternative juices offered.

Stopped for 1 night on way home..picked because have stayed in many country inn and suites. But was not up to usual quality of country inn and suites I have stayed in elsewhere. Badly in need of renovating.. used the small pool but was told had no towels!!! Really, how you suppose to use pool without towels??? Breakfast was slim choices. Definitely not worth price I paid!!!

Very nice place. Large and spacious rooms (staying in a one bedroom King suite with pull out couch.) Modern kitchenette. Nice place Oh, the evening deck clerk was very accommodating when clean linen was requested.

Understaffed. Long check-in line. 25 minute wait. First set of room keys did not work. Returned to front desk. Was told I had to wait for new keys until rep helped everyone waiting in line. After another 10 minute wait, rep walked me back to same room to open with her master key and told me that she could let my waiting family into room, but the lock would not be fixed until maintenance arrived the next morning, so once we entered the room, we could not leave or we would be locked out. (Really?) Had to insist on new room of equal size. Rep agreed (reluctantly.) walked back to front desk again for new keys while entire family waited in hallway again. Specifically asked if new room was same size as first room I reserved (and upgraded for additional fee.) Rep. lied and said it was the same, but it was not and had just one bed, not the TWO I paid for. Online pic of pool was NOT the clean, large pool at this location, and water was dirty, cloudy and freezing cold; not heated as advertised. Zero pool towels. Asked for some and was told they would not be supplying anymore for the night. Son cut his leg on broken plastic pool chair arm. No rep at front desk to supply a bandage. Very disappointed in this $136 stay at a 2-star hotel.

I came in late so there wasn't a crowd to have to fight through in order to get checked in. The parking isn't very convenient however there was a side door in elevator right next to vending machines that allows people to bypass the front lobby. Very easy to navigate in and around. Room was clean and no maintenance issues. There is a good size refrigerator and a small microwave in the single king sized room. No maintenance issues that I can see as of right now.

Friendly staff and an easy exit from the highway made this a nice stop on our way home from Disney. A good breakfast got us on our way home the next morning. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a two queen suite. The accommodations were spacious with a stocked kitchenette including full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Staff was fast and friendly. The beds were a little hard for our taste and the hotel showed some wear. The continental breakfast was large with lots of hot and cold choices. Overall, a good value for the price.

Great! Staff was friendly, free breakfast, fruit and cookies at the check-in counter. Bed was very comfy. Shower was excellent (bad showers are one of my biggest pet peeves). Everything was clean. I had a very nice stay.
