Seems like they are trying too hard to be a Marriott! Just renovated, but everything looks like garbage! Took the kids to the indoor pool, but it might as well have been outdoors! Kids couldn’t even swim. Got the feeling that they were checking the block with the pool but not spend the money to heat it. *️⃣Go to the many other hotels in the area!!!
I had one of the worst, degrading experience here. While on a company job, I was told my room number was from a friend, obviously the company booked our rooms and I didnt know who exactly did so. My coworker gave me the wrong room number through text messages. Instead of allowing me the time to rectify the situation. I was told to leave the premise by a racist lady at the front desk. Needless to say my supervisors all agreed that we would no longer book any rooms at this hotel. I feel the general public should be aware of this and stop supporting this establishment as well.
Rooms were very clean, breakfast was fresh but limited options. There isn't a hottub by pool. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
The bathroom seemed like they'd just wallpapered and tiled over some damage. It made it feel unclean. Employees were friendly. No issues with parking.
Great Location! Fabulous staff and very friendly! Clean and modern rooms! Great breakfast. Would stay here again!
Great location to bar. Good breakfast. Nice room service and staff. Smells.
Friendly service but the room was very muggy (even with air conditioning )
Bathroom had some mold. Employees were kind. Room was damp feeling (carpet even felt damp to feet). Overall room was fine
We checked in at 3pm and stayed just long enough to drop off our bags, as we had several appointments to attend. We didn't return until almost 11pm, which was when we realized our room was filthy!! Dried blood & lipstick smears were on the inside of one of the queen duvets, hair oil smears were on the headboards, & recent water rings were on the desk. Had to ask the front desk for more toilet paper at midnight. They gave us half a roll of toilet paper, claiming it was all they had available. The air conditioner sounded like a plane trying to take off in the middle of the night. We had to shut it off, which made the rest of our night hot, balmy, & miserable. The fan in the bathroom started smoking shortly after being turned on during showers. The breakfast attendant allowed other guests to take food items in personal Tupperware-type containers, leaving no bacon or egg omelets for those of us eating in the dining room. These were conditions expected at a neglected Motel 6, NOT a $130 a night Fairfield Inn! Even their wifi is unprotected, so we didn't feel safe using it.
Decent hotel. Stayed here while working out of town.
Been to other Fairfield's that were a little nicer, but this one looks a little bit dated. All in all not too bad.
Large rooms, great location, 2 TVs, great rates
Room is great. Comes with a fridge and microwave. Lobby and elevator floor was super sticky during my visit however.
Hotel was clean and everything in the room was great. I used the app to check in and out and it was a big timesaver, in my opinion.
Hotel is easy to find and parking lot was well lit so I didn't feel uncomfortable when I arrived. Found room cozy and clean. Refrigerator/microwave in room always a plus! Tried the pool out and although it wasn't a huge pool it was perfect since there were only two of us.
I enjoy staying with Fairfield by Marriott anywhere I go, but this particular one was bad. The price was way too expensive for what you get. For two people in a queen room it was around $158. The pool was not heated and I couldn't swim because the water was absolutely freezing. The room itself was okay. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good but for nearly two hundred dollars I figured it would be better. The breakfast in the morning was so bad I could have made a bowl of cereal better than it. It's eggs, sausage, cereal, milk, yogurt, and waffles were all horrible. Overall, if I were to be staying in Clarksville again, I would stay at the Rodeway right next door rather than this place.
