I stayed at the Ayres Suites for a weekend business seminar held there. The suite was clean and quiet. The pool was clean and I enjoyed a cool swim after a long day of meetings. The stay was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast offerings were plenty aside from delicious.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Well kept rooms, SUPER comfortable beds. Not a fan of any low flow shower, but appreciate the eco-friendly focus. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and served by friendly waitstaff.

I made my reservation at the wrong Ayres hotel and they changed it without a hassle. The cook staff at breakfast were very nice and provided a very tasty breakfast. I took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and had the most polite driver. We had a wonderful conversation and he made sure that I got to my plane on time. The hotel room was beautiful, clean and inviting. I love staying at the Ayres and will stay there whenever I'm in town for my conventions.

we always enjoy our stay here, 1 suggestion. When the Jehovah's' witness group comes in it would be great if breakfast could start at 6 am. Most of the men have to leave by 6:30 and get no breakfast

I was greeted by a front desk representative and was given my room. Before I left the lobby I asked to be placed on a higher floor. At this time the employees began to whisper in a group before i was given my new room number and key.
I stayed at this property Labor Day weekend and was charged a $125.00 smoking fee. The hotel was amazing but I feel that there should be a better system in place versus just telling me that the smoke smell was verified by two departments. Who are these departments? I smoke but did not use the room for smoking. Smokers still carry the smell of smoke. I feel this is a very unfair practice and more should be done to communicate or explain the charge rather than the guest be surprised by it. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the room was awesome. Really enjoyed the daily bonus of casual area from 5-7 relaxing with a snack and a beverage! Very unexpected and cool!

This was a very pleasant stat The Staff was warm and friendly, the lady that cleaned our room was very helpful and nice when we had a question. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the room was quiet. We will definitely stay here again. And recommend it to our friends.

The rooms were surprisingly large which is greatly appreciated with families of 4 or more. Breakfasts still underwhelm. Somewhere there is an Ayres with cook to order omeletsjust not at the last two locations we have stayed. Staff was always in back office conversing but ready to help once they made their appearance. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Reservations and checking in and out were easy and convenient. All the staff was friendly and courteous. The facilities are old and outdated. I found my room to be too noisy for my comfort level. The air-conditioning made too much noise. And the bathroom fan was way too noisy to tolerate while getting ready in front of the only mirror in the room. It would be helpful to have two separate switches, one for the light and one for the fan. There was no way to turn the fan off and turn the light on. Also, the refrigerator in the room had no way to control the temperature. It froze my salad I purchased to take for lunch. Not happy about having to buy another lunch.

Wonderful hotel! Polite and helpful staff. The rooms are HUGE and very comfortably set up. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. I will definitely be staying here again! My husband did wish there was a comfy couch in the room though. To sit back and watch tv.

Overall this hotel is nice. Refrigerators and microwaves in every room are definitely convenient to have. The breakfast dining is also very convenient to have and the prepared food is tasty. My only suggestions for improvement are entertainment related. The television and cable service are poor. They only get about 15 channels and the picture quality is pretty terrible. Also, the in room wifi is inadequate for anything more than simple web searches. Overall, this is a good hotel, that I would stay at again.

This hotel was vey comfortable. Nice amenities. Breakfast is made to order Monday through Friday and Happy Hour between 5-7 Monday through Thursday. This was a nice surprise although the days of operation were not explained to us. The room is very spacious although our specific location was across from the laundry room which was a bit noisy. I would definitely stay again.
