I brought my dog here kind of on an emergency basis. Our normal vet is closed one day a week and of course, something was wrong with my dog on that day. I called for an appointment and they offered a drop-off at any time or a scheduled appointment time where I could go in with him. I chose the time where I could go in since it was a new place. They got us in right at our time, got my dog back ASAP and came back within a few minutes with a diagnosis. We were able to take care of it that day. My dog is usually not great with strangers, but I think he knew they were helping him. We will definitely be back!

Each experience I’ve had at Westfield has been excellent! The staff has been there each time my family has brought an animal home, when an animal has passed and every moment in between. Each vet, tech and receptionist care for the animals like they are their own. I couldn’t recommend this vet enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Westfield Veterinary Hospital. I have been going there since 2016 and every experience has been positive. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, personable and friendly! They have always been able to get my babies in when needed for appointments or last minute issues. Definitely the best care for my dogs and cats that I could ever ask for. Even with this crazy year+ of Covid they have gone out of their way to make sure our babies are taken care of. Lots of love for Westfield Veterinary Hospital!

Our pup has always been in good hands at Westfield Veterinary Hospital. They are always willing to schedule you in a timely manner and listen to any concerns you may have. Everything from check-in to check-out is smooth and all staff, techs, doctors are very friendly. We will be taking our fur babies here as long we have them!

We've been taking our 2 dogs here for a couple years now and have nothing but good things to say. They seem honest and don't push unnecessary services, which is nice. They're very open and informative about the things they recommend for our pets, and are detailed when describing why and how important certain things are.

I boarded a young lab pup for a 10 day period while i took my first cruise. Somehow the boarding facility did not use my vet but rather this establishment. I had a $350 vet bill with blood work, imaging (x-rays), and fluid administration. No diagnosis. The same day I returned home and picked up my puppy I took him to my vet, who soon showed me how he had lost a molar. I did not appreciate the unneeded $350 expense. (They called the boarding facility and said the dog was experiencing abdominal pain to justify the diagnostic imaging done).

We started taking our two golden retrievers here and have loved their staff. The clinic is clean and the people are friendly. The dignity that they gave our golden retriever when she had to be put down was wonderful. Love it at Westfield! 11/28/17 update - We still love Westfield! Our golden retriever broke a nail and was in terrible pain (exposed nerves), and the staff fit her in as soon as I called. Got her fixed up and comfortable, and even trimmed the rest of her nails. Love their clean office, helpful staff and technology.

I take my cat and dog to Dr. Safris and Dr. Paulin. They are both so awesome with Pets! Recently my dog was losing weight and was diagnosed with liver cancer. We worked with Dr. Safris to figure out what to do next. He was very frank and honest with me as we agreed an 11 1/2-year-old dog would not be able to handle chemotherapy. I made the difficult decision of having to put him to sleep. Dr. Safris was so wonderful as he walked my kids through the process. He was so kind, caring and just gave us the best we could ask for given the situation. I highly recommend Westfield veterinary clinic.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Westfield VH, despite my darling fluffer's desire to kill herself by any means necessary. We've been in for recurring UTIs, diarrhea, and routine well-checks, and Serafina is beside herself with enjoyment every time. She loves it there, and they help her get better. Not to mention, Dr. Safris was very willing to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them as a first-time puppy owner) and speak to me on my level. Not once did I feel talked down to, nor did I feel like the information was presented beyond my understanding.

I haven't had as much interaction with the other doctors there, but what interactions I have had have all been positive. Even though appointments are hard to get on a moment's notice, there is the option to drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. That means that I don't have to wait several days to get my baby girl in and figure out what's going on with her.

I mean What more could you ask for?

My dog is fearful and anxious around new people and different places because of his past and is very protective of me. This has lead to growling and lunging to try to keep people away. The Westfield staff has worked with us to make sure he gets the best care and enjoys being there. They are patient and understanding about his needs regarding his behaviors. They treat him like he is one of their own.

Longish waits even with appointment at times. Separate areas for dogs and cats is nice. They certainly know how to work with my dogs. Very friendly. Doctor Safris is great!

Dr Safris is an amazing vet who has compassion, provides amazing medical care, & has a very kind & heartfelt bedside manner for all of his animal patients as well as their human companions. He is one of a kind and goes above and beyond to care for all animals and has done so many things for our dog that we will never be able to thank him enough. Definitely a huge recommendation in the metro out of any vet out there!

I have taken my dog to other vets in the past, but I was delightfully surprised when we began taking him to Westfield. We have been seen by all of the veterinarians at Westfield over the span of five years, and they are all helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is so helpful, so nice, and really a pleasure to work with. They are always wearing smiles, and genuinely seem happy to work there. They always recognize us, even if we only see them a few times a year. I would recommend their services to anyone who wants great service and expertise in their vet.
