Customer service was helpful and completely covered all questions to change our membership to this state. We were taken aback by the 40+% fee increase, but realize that this probably due to the much larger population.

Very efficient. We were going to Mexico and didn't want the hassle of finding a place to park and stay. They suggested a very nice hotel that allowed us to leave our truck and would shuttle us to seatac. It was easy and smooth and very nice. I would recommend that idea to anybody else that I knew

First, there was no waiting! An extremely helpful, competent woman provided me with all the books and maps I needed for an upcoming trip. And additionally, gave me some directions to a neighboring town where I waned to do some shopping. 2015 atlases were on sale as well and I bought one. Great experience here.
