I love this mall. As a professional shopper it offers everything you need, make up, high and low end stores, dept stores and great food!! Willowbrook is right around the corner from work and I still travel all the way back to Bergen County to go to this mall that I have seen grow to what it is since I was a child. Bathrooms are clean lots of staff just attending to the mall and its function a definite must visit..

It's great in there. I love the Atmosphere. Like a mall. I really like the cinema in there. Great movie I went to watch. Get every thing in this plaza. Very clean and tidy.

It's a really big mall with a lot of stores/shops right in the center of North Jersey. You can pretty much find everything you possibly want at this mall. The movie theater is also pretty decent if you like very big screens and comfy seats.

Pros: Best of all brands are here. Plenty of free parking space. The mall is very well maintained and spacious.

Cons: I found less of food options in the food court.
It will be good if there are some printed maps of the mall kept in the mall to people find the right place.

Very nice upscale mall with lots of stores. Great place for families as they have a kid friendly playground and family lounges. The playground is a bit difficult to climb for young toddlers. It got very busy on the Saturday we were there and with traffic on the surrounding highway, it took us 15 minutes to leave the mall to get on the highway.

Has pretty much every big name brand you’d find in NYC but without the tax on clothing and shoes (welcome to Jersey!).

One stop shop for shopping, dining, movies, and some entertainment.

Posted pictures of how to book the VIP prepaid parking spots which would be a godsend if you’re ever visiting on a Saturday. The mall is closed on Sundays due to Bergen County’s blue laws, which makes Saturday’s extra packed with shoppers.

The parking inside the parking garages all have red and green indicators to let you know where all the open parking spots are, which saves you time searching and gives you more time to shop (see pictures).

One of the nicest malls around. Plenty of parking and lots of stores. It feels classy. It is a little crowded during primetimes, but that's kinda part of the charm of malls. If you don't like people just shop online. The food court has a lot of options and the movie theater is great.

Great high-end brand mall. Definitely don't go here looking for cheap fashion or clearance racks. Overall very nice mall, good parking availability, super clean, and great variety of stores. Plus they've got a Tesla store with show cars which is super interesting to check out!

One of the biggest mall in the tristate area. Stores constantly change and move. Easy to get lost in. Most of the stores in this mall are flagship stores, so you will get a better selection than other locations.
Parking is a lot better ever since they changed the parking rules. Very high paced mall. Best time to shop is the week days.

I love this mall. Stores range from upscale to affordable, and large to small. Lots of variety.
It has a food court that seems to be crowded all the time. There are also a variety of restaurants and miscellaneous food vendors.
Stores are constantly changing. Sadly they removed the carousel. However, I found an excellent face painter in the same location.

Basically the official mall of New Jersey. Completely overwhelming in every sense, with a behemoth parking lot, easy highway access and a dedicated fleet of NJ Transit buses running direct. Expansion and modernization effort over the last few years, to increase the quality of stores and improve overall shopping experience. Select handful of restaurants, massive food court, and a movie theater in addition to dozens of stores. Packed on weekends.

Love this mall. Lots of memories and tired legs and feet! Very classy and so are the people who frequent it. So many upper tier stores included in this mall it will make your headspin. If you haven't been here you have to go at least once if you live in NY or NJ or even PA. I guarantee youYOU"LL be back! Great food and snacks tootoo many stores to list. Will post pics next trip.

This Westfield center is the biggest I've ever been to.
It has all the shopping options you need.
Well decorated and have good rest options if needed.
The family lounge is great for kids of all ages: it has TV with some cartoons going on, playing device with touchscreen, two private rooms, children's restrooms, and few changing tables.
The food court is not great but if you want something better there are few places nearby (like Chili's outside).
Definitely recommend to visit this.
Just keep in mind it doesn't work on Sundays because it is Bergen county.

The mall itself is alright. It's big with enough options for shopping. The food court is nice but limited selection. Basically fast food service. Then comes opening a business here. The mall administration used to be good. Now it's very unstable. Best not to do business with them.
