Cross County is basically my back yard, so it's easy to detour for a quick stop, whether for clothing or groceries. It's clean and modern and I really appreciate the special events they offer through out the year. Just the other night I took this photo of Santa's house!
Grew up going to this mall. Has definitely changed over the years. Upgraded in the food department as it has added more restaurants and variety although I miss the old small food places
I love this place! We come here for almost everything. They have stores like Bed bath & beyond, Forever 21, Macy's & etc. They have restaurants as well. For example, Long Horn, Ted lobster, & Boston market.
Macy's had large winter coat selection, and sales. Coats need to be better organized and displayed, very confusing! Cashier was nice in coats, wait on line was quick. Staff in hats and gloves, female was nice, took my coupon, hat and scarf Sheldon selection was very limited. They were on sale also.
A great variety of stores, parking is plentiful, there are deals to be had if you look. However I gave only 4 stars because the level of service drags down the shopping experience. Waiting a long time for assistance, slow checkouts, and salespeople who seem unwilling to help. This is NOT present in every store, it varies, but be mindful especially during a store sale. Still prefer it to The Hill.
I love this place. I can shop for the kids or myself. We have an awesome time. The kids love to shop and get snacks like pigs in a blanket or cinnamon sticks and sit outside and eat them. Everywhere you walk there are all types of beautiful plants, seating and play areas which are ideal for family shopping.
Nice place. Lots of stores and places to eat. And great parking. A guide would have been nice. We couldn't find Macy's initially.
New stores opening. Fun shopping, clean outdoor spot to browse. Security in parking lot and worker constantly keeping place clean or answer questions. They also have great seasonal activities and fireworks
This is without question one of the nicest places to spend a relaxing day shopping and dining. Cross County Center is home to Sears, Stop and Shop, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Victoria's Secret, Longhorn Steakhouse, Kay Jewelers, Macy's and more. If you are a tech head, you will be excited to know that the mall is also the home of Micro Center where you will find every you need to geek out.
Love this place it inspires me to walk to every store which I get my daily walk in & not know much I really did. Also shopping at great stores or going to restaurants is a bonus
I was here Friday night on a rainy day. This place feels like a small town of all the stores you can think of! Parking is not expensive and they have a large number of entertainment facilities for kids plus close by restaurants. I definitely recommend people to come and shop here , nearly everything is around the corner.
I live in Brooklyn and after a weekend in the Bronx with friends, we decided to check this mall out! I am so glad I did because this place has literally EVERY store you could possibly need excluding high retail stores of course. The only qualm I have is that both family bathroom and men's restroom as per my husband does not have a Koala baby changing table and he unfortunately had to change our blow out baby on the sink! Besides that I love the outdoor court yards and the little play area for children!
The outdoors feel is nice. However there aren't proper places to simply sit and eat on a table. The stores could also have more variety (mostly just clothes).
Nice to walk around while talking with a group of friends as you walk into shops and buy whatever is on sale at a certain store and piece together an outfit with clothing from different stores. Always a place to grab something you can snack on or drink while shopping. They have concerts in the summer which are nice as well.
