All I can say is that you will not be disappointed, Western Riviera was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The small town feel matched with the gorgeous mountain view’s makes you feel like you just stepped into a hallmark movie.

We cannot wait to come back.

View was great. We could see and it was close walk to the lake. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean place and a nice bed. Not really a cabin. Walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors.

We stayed here on our way to Estes Park. The lodging options in grand lake are really not great. Research for this trip as well as a similar one last year did not offer many promising options. Last year we had more time and found an amazing Airbnb cabin to stay at. This year we had to find a place last minute. We stayed in the larger, suite type room. It was nice to have space and a kitchen but it was very badly outdated. Appliances had been replaced over the years but all at different times and some things had clearly been there since the 70s. The water fluctuated from hot to cold while washing dishes and taking showers. The price was barely low enough to make it OK since we didn't have many other places to go. If you have the chance, find something on Airbnb. Otherwise this might be as good as it gets in the area

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was perfect. The space is huge and allows for a lot of guests. All of the staff are easy to work with. They allow you to bring your own drinks which really helped to cut costs. Every extra request we asked for, they were able to accommodate. The deck looking out onto the lake is beautiful and all of our guests were very impressed. We would highly recommend using them for any of your wedding events!

Stayed here during the winter for two nights was an absolute beautiful view over the frozen lake would definitely recommend this for anybody wanting to stay during the summer or winter you got great views of the lake it's right in the main town can easily walk to just about anything you want to do

We stayed in one of the large "cabins" (connected to others around a courtyard) for the weekend during a family getaway. We were happy with everything. The staff was friendly and positive not only when we checked in but also during multiple phone calls I made when making the reservations, asking about the different cabin sizes, etc.

The inside of the cabin was clean and comfortable. I loved that they had real towels instead of the too thin, rough white ones hotels usually have. Sometimes it's the little things. Also, both the bedroom and living area had ceiling fans, which was nice since we could only open windows on one side of the building so it was hard to get a breeze through.

Two blocks to walk down to the lake, and one block from the park and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location, right on the lake. Staff was friendly. However, for how much you pay to stay here they need to have some sort of free breakfast. Also, I was kept awake all night the first night because of some aholes above making noise and walking all night. Won't stay here again.

I have not had the pleasure to stay here, but I had booked a reservation for summer (July) four months in advance and had to cancel. I was aware of the $50 cancellation fee no matter what, but with a four month in advance reservation that is cancelled 3 months in advance - for a popular place - seems like they should not charge that. I understand the booking sites that give you a discount will charge that - but there's no discounts here. When asked nicely, I was told, "We're running a business here. That's our policy." They've lost no money on me, so that is just stupid. I am highly unlikely to ever stay here now. Bad policy = bad business.

Stay was mostly positive. Everyone on the staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel is nice, and clean. A great location with a great morning view!
Only real negative i can mention was the lack of lasting hot water. On Multiple occasions i would run out of hot water only minutes in to a shower. Everything else was a good experience!
