My wife and I stayed here three nights. It is extremely clean. The owners are friendly and helpful. When I say the B&B is clean, it is an understatement. It is immaculate! The breakfast each morning was delicious. This was a great place to stay and we will come back again. Very quiet.

Basic accommodation. Nice quiet neighborhood, located across the street from a golf course. Hostess was very pleasant and helpful. The main level was clean and spacious with a buffalo themed decor. We stayed in the Mt. Harvard room. The room was relatively spacious and contained a queen bed, 2 small nightstands, a small log desk and chair. The bathroom was pretty tight but clean and the bath towels were nice and plush. Firm but comfortable mattress. Not impressed by the bedding. The fitted sheet and sheet and pillowcases smelled freshly laundered but not the quilt blanket or pillowcases. We pulled those off the bed but would have preferred something a little cozier, especially given the fall temps. A window was recently replaced in our room with a sliding door and the framing around that was not finished, leaving some wood and insulation exposed. I wish we had been informed of that before we booked or were offered a discount. One other pet peeve was the frizzy beige carpeting in the living area, up the stairs, and in the bedrooms. Not really ideal when you have people walking around on it with their shoes on all day. Breakfast was self-serve with french toast, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Very tasty. Overall it suited us for the one night. Would give it a 4-star if not for the unfinished framing around the sliding door.

Stayed here last night. Great bed with log furniture and private balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Mark and Pas are the most generous hosts! They are as friendly and thoughtful as can be, the breakfasts are scrumptious and the rooms are just as described on their website. There is so much to do in and around BV and we loved returning every day to a very relaxing B and B.

We had a lovely stay at Buffalo Peaks B&B. Our room was comfortable, and peaceful for a great rest after a day spent rafting. Our hosts made us feel welcome and provided us with a delicious breakfast. I would recommend staying here.
