The Lodge and Condo were great. They backed right up to lift. With easy access to the mountain and great views.
The front desk staff were very happy to help with all our needs.
The hot tub and pool were in excellent condition.
The shuttle drop off and pick up right out front was really helpful.response / report this review -

1/5 Spent over 500 for one night. Called two hours before arrival they said the room was ready.get there two hours later had to wait over an hour then asked for a later check out 10:00 to 11:00 is all and was told they couldn’t do it, mind you all of this is on a Wednesday. Will never recommend or stay here again some of the most unaccommodating people I have ever met.
Update: the manager Ryan called me after I asked the front desk lady to talk to him. He was very respectful and handled it very well. Because of that I change my rating.response / report this review -

Ski in ski out. Beautiful condos, close walk to main Beaver Creek village. Fully stocked kitchen, great stay

Massive rooms on the top floor. Really nice stay. Pool is just okay, and it's occasionally an annoyance to ask the staff to remove the cover on the pool that's always on to retain heat.
