The initial phone call I made wasn’t that helpful, but after that everything was great. Service was SUPER fast and it was much easier than I thought it would be to register my out-of-state vehicle which is financed (so I don’t have the title). Lily was very accommodating and helpful.

I just move here 15 days ago choose this place to go get my new address change it was the worst place I ever step footcim the old lady that's on. This site she needs to retire and she have two other women just sitting at front doing nothing she dose it all and what a poor job she dose walking in this sad place reminded me of the Andy Griffin show Look in for Barney 5 to pop up any min but this place has no business being open for public use she did not conduct herself like she New her job never will go there again

This used to be my go to place until this week. I waited for over 50 minutes without service. As I was waiting, they immediately helped two walk in dealership people. So if they want to service dealership people before their waiting customers, then they will now lose mine and all of my friends and co workers business. Such a pity..

My daughter was recommended by her friends in Scottsdale to go here to get her drivers permit and license. The service both times was AMAZING! They are very personable and made her feel at ease. Chris's professionalism and positive attitude was a welcomed change from other MVD offices. They are truly a hidden gem!

The facility is filthy. The queue digital number system is broken. The staff is extraordinarily rude. They whisper the next name of the person to be served on the horribly long, because of the understaffing, waiting list, and seem to revel in s as ying, "going, going, gone. Hee hee," as they scratch the name of another customer they don't have to serve off the list in an entirely unempathetic manner, while the rest of us sit in the filth stained 20 year old chairs we tried not to sit on but got too tired waiting.

This is the stupidest DMV want to be. The staff is NOT Fast and friendly. So far there have been 11 people that have came in behind me that have came and gone. Even After asking the clerks why. All i was told was you will be next, and a further 6 people wer called STILL not me. All i am here for is an id there is Zero organization to this place. It Truly represents Phoenix's abilities..

I have been here twice and worked with two different people, everyone that works here is so nice compared to other places I have been, I definitely recommend this 3rd party over others or over waiting in line for hours at the MVD.
