Outside of the parking being limited at times and the spaces being fairly small, this is a great theater. They are making upgrades to it so it is more in line with the newer ones. They added in the bar a little while back. Overall it's a nice theater that is clean and has a friendly staff.

We just watched the new Thor Ragnarok movie. The recliner seats are nice and there's plenty of room while watching the movie. The bar and waiting area is pretty but the vending area is a bit gross. The theater seems under staffed so maybe that's why it's so dirty. I almost didn't get the popcorn and drinks because the place was so trashed. There's so much popcorn, paper trash, soda cups and who knows what on the floor behind the counter that we were grossed out.
They need to have somewhere to set your popcorn or other snacks while you fill your soda, you have to hold everything while trying to get your soda filled then struggle to get a lid on the cup and not drop your snacks.
The bathrooms are the worst I've seen in a long time. Very small for such a big theater and their quite messy.
I much rather prefer to go to a different theater next time I take my family to a movie.response / report this review -

Well been to this one several times and had no issues at first. But as time went on different issues came up. But tonight might have been the straw that broke the camel's back. The security guard had a power trip going on. I don't look like a thug or some dumb ass kid trying to sneak in the movies. But I had to set there and prove the ticket I had in hand was mine and it was real. Even after one of the actual employees took half the ticket and let me in. They need to do something about that.

I have really liked this theater in the past but I recently went there and was terribly disappointed. They were not observing the AMC Stubs Premier memberships and only had one line for refreshments. We went at 7:00pm at night and there was only one register open and about 50 people in line for popcorn and drinks. Again there was no short line for Stubs Premier members - it was roped off routing all customers into one line with one register. The popcorn was really gross, and tasted like dry shaved cardboard. The theater also showed signs of not being kept up in general. The only good thing I can say was the sound system was decent. I'm in no hurry to go back to this venue.

Seats are so comfy! I love watching movies here. Tickets are discounted @ Costco too, so an even better win. Plus self service on drinks/so free refills. Love AMC.

I used to hate AMC, but over the years they have really gone above and beyond with their theater! I enjoy the stadium seating and being able to lay back while enjoying the movie. The drinks are well made at the bar area. Popcorn is standard (this is really their biggest room for improvement), I don't quite enjoy theater popcorn and it's fake butter. That aside it's a great theater! ~* Edited 9/8 *~ Happy to say they have improved on their popcorn! Now they have caramel and cheddar popcorn! It's very tasty. Plus I like the app so I can reserve seats that I want way ahead of time!

It's a great theater! I love the seats: reclining, and well-cushioned with just enough firmness to let me snuggle! Those loveseats are perfect for date night! The staff is quick and courteous! Everyone greeted us, and we didn't even have to ask any questions! They seemed to anticipate everything! All in all, it's definitely a theater I'll be returning to! Yet another great AMC!

We love this place! With young kids it's amazing to be able to reserve seats and sit comfortably so we don't have to show up 20 minutes early. Ken at the bar was the best, he even made up a special drink for us and gave us the recipe! The lady in the wheelchair who takes tickets at the front is always sweet with a smile on her face.

Update your stuff on Google. All seats sold when I got there. 38 years never went to a movie sold out. Guess you just can't go anymore you have to reserve a seat. Thanks for your inconvenience. Liked this place before. Go to Harkins now

I joined AMC's special membership plan and got discounted tickets on a Tuesday. The sound system and display of the movies are on par with any other theater. The seating in this theater was very nice. The leather-ish chairs electrically reclined with a foot rest. They have an arm-rest every two-seats that folds up making it easy to sit close to someone if you wish, while adequately separating the seats when it is down. I very much enjoyed my experience here.

This is my regular theatre since moving to phoenix, staff here is friendly and the environment is always good. Love the bar that they added recently plus the reclining seats? Do yourself a favor and watch a movie here.

very nice upgrades recently. reclining lounge chairs are very nice! self serve soft drinks w/ flavors to add is great. Even a bar to get drinks. All around very nice. Only thing is Harkins popcorn is better. So, 4 stars.

This location has recently gone through a renovation. The seats now recline. They now serve alcohol and they've implemented a rewards/loyalty program. The program gives you online ticket purchase access, front of the line service and free popcorn and soda size upgrades. You collect points based on your purchases. I've gone to the movies 3 time in two months and have received $15 in rewards credits already. The program enrollment for a year is $15 and has already paid for itself in benefits.
