Was a pretty standard experience up until one of the workers going into cleaning the theaters decided to make a sexual comment on my girlfriend's body to his coworker thinking she and I wouldn't hearnot usually one to tattle tale but that's unnaceptable

Good theaters. Comfortable chairs. Usually a bit on the chilly side. Bring a sweater. This location, Gateway Pavilliobs, need more concessions open when there are so many people in line. Workers show no urgency to help or get order done promotly.

Their prices are too high. Matinee cancels out a military discount. Children prices are only through age 13. Popcorn bags were made smaller this year. Largest is $8.50 with a free refill. Movies should be an affordable entertainment as a family or on a date/friends or alone.

Friendly staff. Theater is very nice. The concession department is very patient and helpful. The popcorn is fabulous. However my nacho cheese was cold.

Popcorn fresh and a good movie! We went to first show of the day and movie was not crowded. If you can get to the earliest show, it's the best. Theater is always clean and so are their bathrooms.

Very small theater. Have yet been able to get in to see my movies. Reserve seating is annoying. I'm old fashion. Sell me my tickets and let me choose where I sit.

I really don't like this movie theatre. There are probably only 4 big rooms and then the rest are only small tiny screens. Probably only the current top 2 movies will get on big screens. I remember when Madea just came out and it was on a small screen. No problem about the food. Ticket price is cheap, but there's a lot of other theatres around the area. I've seen better Harkins.

There are many theatres to choose from that all provide roughly the same experience. But this one has a childcare center. My wife and I can drop our three year old off and go have some time alone. The staff is always friendly and my son looks forward to going there to watch movies, play games, craft, and eat popcorn. Highly recommended!

Always clean and well-kept. Great neighborhood movie place. It used to get pretty rowdy with young kids hanging out, but it's not bad anymore.
Even with big movie releases they usually play it on several screens, so even if you go last minute, you won't have to wait long or even at all for good seats. Just ask when you're buying the tickets how full the theater is for a certain movie and the cashier will be able to tell you how much % to capacity it is.
Buy a shirt for free popcorn all year long and a cup for cheap refills.

It's a childhood memory, this place is. I recall seeing Godzilla 2000 here when it was released. Memories It's a nice, regular theater with good seats, great sound, and delicious popcorn.

This is my favorite theater. I spend a great deal of time at different theaters around the west valley and Gateway Pavilions is the best. The people are very friendly and the theater is very clean all of the time. They also have child care which is wonderful for parents and it's much less expressive than a babysitter. It's less than the price of a movie ticket!

Service is really good. If you ask for a water cup they don't give you a lecture. Theaters are clean and bathrooms are well maintained. I never have issues at this theater.

Besides the teens that hang out at night on the weekends this is a good theatre. No reason to post a bad experience after you leave. Talk to customer service and they will take care of you.
