Just down the street from my neighborhood and always a pleasure to visit. Harkin's is by far my favorite movie theater around and while the new reclining and food service theaters are becoming more commonplace, Harkin's still stands out as my go-to venue for movie-watching. This location has great food, clean theaters, excellent sound, and amazing customer service. Even when we experienced a minor technical issue with the sound, they apologized by handing out free popcorn vouchers to each audience member. Would highly recommend.

My favorite movie theater! Staff is friendly and nice. The theater is always clean and overall a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location. The food is a little pricey like the movie theaters usually are.

Good experiences all around at this theater. Staff at all positions have been friendly and helpful, the theaters are always clean when arriving for a movie, and promptly cleaned after a movie ends. Staff is also usually waiting at the theater doors, saying "Hope you liked the film" and "Have a great day." The snacks are grossly overpriced, but that's not this particular theater's fault. Keep up the good work, Park West.

The staff foes a great job of ensuring that each individual screening area is cleaned quickly and efficiently. When you walk in to see the film of your choice, you don't feel like you're sharing it with everyone who's already been there that day. The lobby and walkways are also kept neat and presentable. The staff as a whole are curteous and approachable. Definitely one of my favorite places to catch a film!

Staff very nice nevet a bad experience.
Popcorn always hot.
Clean place bathrooms always clean.
Eatery near some shopping close.
Geat location.

By far my favorite, I like that it's not overcrowded. Service is great, it's not too loud in the lobby and the lines are never too long.

Friday night I went to go see the last showing of Hacksaw Ridge and everything was good until I got to the counter to order a small popcorn and get my loyalty cup refilled. The worker at the counter a young kid did not even say one word to me! He never asked how he could help me. He never asked if I would like butter on my popcorn. He never even told me what my total cost for my stuff was. he just stuck out his had and waved his finger at my debit card that I had ready to pay for my stuff. And when I got the popcorn it was mostly crumbs. And for that I will be going to a different Harkins. But I will stick with Harkins because of the loyalty shirt and cups that I get each year because my son and I go to most of the new movies that come out each year.
