The storage unit/building is nice and clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

But I was surprised that when I cancel the unit, they require a 30-day vacate notice and don’t refund back the money even if I cancel only 5 days in the month. Other places are definitely better at pro-rating the charges and I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

While West Coast Self-Storage Bellevue is the cleanest, most organized, and most secure storage we have utilized (there have been many!), it is the people who make the difference!

Remy, Caroline, Ryn, and Marco have been and are awesome! Not only are they each and collectively knowledgable as they gracefully facilitate the administrative component of renting, they do so with a warmth and caring that transforms the experience and the relationship!

Context: I teach and mentor leaders in leadership skills particularly focused on people skills (which is really the hard stuff, not the soft stuff as often mischaracterized).

The initiative, the caring interest in our major and complicated move, their "looking out for us" and keeping us timely updated on unit availability, and their continued interest in our lives and projects were and are terrific.

We feel like we belong and that is because of their professionalism and their warmth and caring (the latter making all the difference as mentioned above).

We are grateful to have found West Coast and especially the staff. It means a lot to be warmly greeted with each visit - so that it is not "just" another trip to storage - it is like visiting friends as well.

It is simple really Remy, Caroline, Ryn, and Marco are outstanding!

This storage location is fabulous and convenient. The facility building seems pretty secure and safe. It's also clean and tidy inside. Staff are very friendly and respectful. We were greeted by Marco and Remy, they did an awesome job to walk us through everything.

Highly recommend if you need an easy access but also safe storage place.

When we came here, we were impressed! The facility is clean and well maintained! Most specially all the security measures they have put in place from secured entry and exit to all the security cameras used.
Remy who was the staff there that helped us was very professional, friendly and very efficient in ensuring us that we understood the lease agreement and what it entails. She also took her time to show us the right sized storage we would need for our belongings. We are very happy and pleased with our experience here and definitely recommend this place!
