Don’t recommend, go with someone else. We had to constantly call them to follow up, was told multiple times we’d get a call back, with no call back. It’s been 3 weeks since the death and we’re just now getting the cause of death, death certificate, and scheduling for cremation. If you’re looking for easy, find someone else. The hardest part of the death has been dealing the funeral home and this process. This has sucked, and no matter what, you have to hand these people thousands of dollars over, despite you having to pull their teeth to do their job.

Hugo helped us with the arrangement for our father and was nothing short of professional and understanding. I was honestly stressed with all the arrangements, but shortly after getting in touch with Basham Funeral Care, they were able to help me. I didn’t realize I needed an appointment before showing up, but Hugo was able to accommodate us immediately. Morgan was also very helpful and professional during the aftercare call. Thanks to you all for making these difficult situations just a little easier.

WORST ! stay away from this place!
They have been “working” six months now to get my fathers death certificate he passed away last year on September and my mother is still waiting on it! She goes to the office and wants answers but they don’t care they just say the “person” in charge which is Vanesa is not available! She is never available… they are uncaring and very unprofessional. I feel sorry there’s kind of people like them around the world they don’t care about others pain .. just stay away.. To the manager is you see this please contact me, when my mother goes to look for you at the office they say you are never around !

After an unexpected death of my brother my family and I didn't know who to call. The first call we made was to Basham. That was the only call we made, they made us feel like family and explained everything to us and comforted us in our difficult time. I would like to thank the two gentlemen Eddie Pena and James Kincheloe that helped us get through this and knowing that our loved one would have a great service and burial. As it was very nice and very professional. Thank you!
