Went in last week to get a haircut and a very minimal eyebrow trim as a male . Told them about my last experience 10+ years ago at another outfit to not make them thin and tiny and not to trim much between eyebrows and oh boy did they not listen . My eyebrows were waxed differently from one another also got them thin and one was cut back way more then other side . Was kinda hard to tell atm it was red around the brows and the mirror they held far away . I got home and then realized it and by then they were closed and the next day just too furious to go up there . Not sure why or how this happened after the instructions I gave .. just speechless
Stopped in today as a walk in. First visit. Simple haircut and wash with a cold beer provided by Tandy. It was a very nice experience. Very gentle hands, payed close attention to the haircut and a nice general conversation. Honestly the best care I have received. I am generally opposed to higher priced places. The care I received today was well worth it.
Lynn has the qualities of a great manager and hair stylist! For example, she knows how I like my hair and will ask me every time "is this okay"! Also I have seen her in action as she proceeds to solve the problems as they occur. She is very patient, knowledgeable, courteous to everyone. I have followed her from different hair salons and will always stay with her.
NEVER again. Scheduled online for 10:45 and came in at 10:20. Was told to wait the lady was on her way. At 10:45 get a call saying they messed up schedule and I would have to re book. Thanks for wasting my time! So inconsiderate and unprofessional.
The only difference between this place & Top Cuts or any other fresh out of school with no experience place is they serve alcohol, I’m not complaining about the alcohol, just the deceiving factors of someone with zero experience what so ever in cutting mens hair & claiming you have several years in the trade! One can visually see the difference with a cut done by Amateur or seasoned stylist. I go to get my haircut the way I know I want as I describe to the person with clippers and company logo on their shirt. There was no hesitation to start or confusion on what I expected(for the price I paid) basically I wanted a bald fade with an inch off the top I didn’t thoroughly inspect my head until after the fact and several sarcastically humorous remarks from my wife, daughter & the neighborhood kids. I finally had to see for myself, well…it was as horrendous as described!! I asked & expected a bald fade and what I got was a retro bowl cut, seriously it was embarrassing but a damm good bowl cut without the bowl! So I contemplated going back, then I thought they are not touching my hair nor will I be back! I will add that I have had one good cut by an actual stylist from there but I haven’t had her since and not all of the 15-20 cuts I received were trash. Just about 75% were tho! I get why they serve the alcohol now. I mean just because you need an appointment doesn’t make you a professional stylist
