  I was very pleased with the response time for my appointment. Art was on time, very professional and friendly! It did not take him very long to figure out why my heater would not turn on. Thankfully, the problem was minor and I was only charged for a service call. Art was very knowledgeable and overall I was extremely pleased with West Coast Air Conditioning! I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future!

  I have used them for decades for commercial work and this was the first time at my home. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable.
  For our commercial needs they replaced a group of AC units and I shopped around even it was going to likely use them and their price was correct without any further discussion.

  We needed our furnace replaced and wanted to add air conditioning. I'm a pretty technical guy but not when it comes to heating and air. The first call I made was to West Coast Air and they set me up an appointment with Letti. All I can say about Miss Letti is WOW. Incredibly knowledgeable, nice, thorough and most of all not rushed. She answered every question I had and told me to get my other estimates. Well after a "no show", an outrageous quote, a no call back and a good quote but too far, I called Letti back. We went over a few items and before I knew it Nate was here for a walk through. After his walk through, he confirmed that the installation would be Monday morning. Lo and behold, Monday morning Alex and Aaron show up on time to do the installation. From the second they walked in to the minute they left, they treated my home as if it was their mom's. These two are thorough, clean, friendly and super easy to chat with. They replaced the entire system from furnace, ducts, registers, thermostat etc. and added air conditioning. Upon completion Alex explained everything in detail and let me know that if I had ANY issues to call. It feels like they were never here with the exception of the cool breeze from the A/C blowing on me right now. If you are in need of any Heating or Air Conditioning work done, don't bother calling the other guys, call West Coast Air Conditioning and hopefully you get a chance to meet Letti, Nate, Alex and Aaron!

  Amazing service, fair prices and honesty! After contacting the crooks at Pacific Aire who said I needed a whole new HVAC system and wanted to charge me over $17,000, I contacted the folks at West Coast. They came and repaired my HVAC unit for a tenth of what Pacific Aire said I needed to pay. Ben, the technician at West Coast was extremely helpful and said my system was fine all they needed was to replace the coils and it would last me 20 years! Thank you West Coast!

  We can't thank West Coast Air Conditioning enough for their genuine kindness, truthfulness, good service and the simple explanation of the steps to replace our aging AC, Furnace and duct work ! Letti was amazing to work with and what a great install team Art and Sal, they were so respectful and did an excellent job installing, cleaning up and going over the new system they just replaced in our home!
  
  They should be the 1st Company you call if you are in the market for an AC and Heating unit or just need service!
