Worst service I ever had. Resurfacing a pool took a year. Then 9 months to get a bill. They truly do not care about customers. Find someone else or go without!!!

I had a few issues that developed with the pool we had installed in 2010 and after bringing these up with management at Cox Pools SE, they were very professional in their response to have these issues corrected. They are currently in the planning stage to refinish the stamped concrete deck. My final review will be added after completion of project.
