Couldn't ask for a better stay! We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a fireplace, and this was before we let them know that we just got engaged! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and it was such a nice touch having coffee/tea, muffins, and cookies available all day to enjoy as part of our stay; I wish we were there longer! Will definitely seek out other Four Sister Inns based on this experience and recommend West Cliff Inn to everyone.

Great food was prepared for breakfast. Friendly staff. Advertised Fire place but it would not work, the room was o.k but i don't think it was worth 250.00 a night and that was with a winter discount. A refrigerator would have been nice as we wanted to have cold drinks and and a place to store food, they did not provide cold drinks in there small fridge. Beach was within walking distance and lots of resturants nearby.

The service was excellent. Our room had an ocean view, was very clean and had a feel of home. We enjoyed wine and cheese in the evening and a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. The manager at the front desk was warm, friendly and helpful. It was located close to the boardwalk and convenient for shopping, eating and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

only issue is that outside hallway sound and other rooms can be heard from inside the bedroom. service is great, location is great, rooms in general are clean and very nice

We stayed here 1 night toward the end of August in the Deluxe king room (#2) bottom floor. Great views of the boardwalk and the ocean, room was very clean and cozy. Nice front porch for guests with chairs and tables both on the porch and in the front yard. Grounds were well kept, beautiful grass and plants. Very short walk to the Santa Cruz Pier and boardwalk, no driving necessary! Fresh cookies & pastries on check-in, breakfast buffet in the morning. Entire hotel environment was charming, cozy and romantic. Staff was very friendly and able to get us in when most others were booked. Prices are on the higher side, but if you're going to pay a little more for a room, this place is more than worth it! We are looking forward to our next visit and hoping to check out the Jacuzzi suite! Thank you!
