I had one of the best massage sessions here. Staff were nice and friendly. However, it was hard to book, even on a Monday. So if you plan to do something here you should schedule it ahead of time.

We arranged a bridal party at the Well Spa with a room. I scheduled a pedicure as they had no capacity or availability to get massages for all the guests around the same time, even though the room was booked for 4 plus hours. The pedicure was average, I have received better ones at a nail salon. The water was cool, and she didn't clean the nails well, leaving visible dirt. I did complain to management who did take some money off, this is the only reason for the three stars.

Maybe the other services are great.

If you are booking nail services, ask for Lavi. She does excellent work- she's the only person I trusted to do my nails for my wedding day!

My sisters and I just got together for a spa day here and had a wonderful time. We reserved the private room for before and after massages and enjoyed a delightful lunch in the room. The staff was great and made us feel very pampered. Thank you Well Spa!

Couldn't even make an appointment! As I was trying to schedule a his and hers couples massage was told to hold. . so she can ask a manager if I could do a 30 min while my husband does an hour. She then started talking to what must of been the manager cause she goes sooooo she wants to know if she can do a 30 min while "her boy" does a hour! I then said excuse me you mean my husband! Then she without saying sorry or hold please puts me on hold with the elevator music . . . .Very unprofessional it's just sad I thought by picking a classer place I would get the respect but guess that doesn't matter

I have only had fantastic experiences at WELL Spa, including the massages, private updated showers and service. Recently, the woman scheduling my appointment took the time to notice I was scheduling my massage on my birthday, and the spa suprised me by having a birthday dessert prepared to enjoy after my massage along with champagne. It was unexpected and much appreciated, not to mention absolutely delicious! The WELL Spa went above and beyond, providing excellent service that has kept me a customer for many years.
