Shawn is the worst massage therapist we have ever experienced. He is rude, arrogant, refuses to accommodate clients' needs and requests, as if he knows everything about their bodies and problems and they do not. He is the only massage therapist in the state who argues with clients during their massages. Yet Vici features him as their master massage therapist. Something's very wrong about that.

I got a cut, color, and style for $160 the first time I went, and the right side of my head didn't match the left in terms of color. The second time I was scheduled, they rescheduled twice so I ended up cancelling and I'm planning to go to a better rated salon. I know that hair grows back and it's ultimately not a big deal, but I like looking my best and I don't know that you're going to get that here every time.

Staff, employees and students are always very friendly. I was surprised to learn about all the services Vici Aveda has to offer other than hair and nails. This facility has a professional salon as well as, a very intense cosmetology college which gives you the option to receive services with students or not. Off of the main street, this building is located in relaxing environment surrounded by nature.

I went in to get my color corrected. I know this is a challenge and my expectation was paying a fair price for honest feedback and results. Normally I like to be very heavily highlighted but the highlights are blended. I ended up walking away with chunky highlights circa 1995. When I called to complain, I was told I could come back for things to be fixed. When I explained that this already was a "fix" and that I didn't want my hair damaged any further, I was told the "technical manager" would call me the next day to discuss options. I got a call the next day from the receptionist, suggesting the same "fix" they suggested before. I never heard from the technical manager but lo and behold, they cashed my check. Also I was told the service would be approx. $100. The total for the service was $170 - just for color - and I ended up worse than when the whole debacle started.

Had a stylist in my hometown, Oshkosh, for 18 yrs. loved her and always left happy. She pursued another career. For 12 yrs I hopped from place to place to find someone as good as her. Hit and miss on that journey. I always felt nervous and uncertain. That is until I asked my beautiful cousin who does her hair!! She ALWAYS looks great! I made an appointment with master Greg!!!!! I have been traveling from Oshkosh for 9 months now and I have NEVER felt so confident! He studied my hair, listened to my concerns/desires, made great suggestions, and truly pays attention to every detail! I have received compliments GALORE!!!! I travel a lot and everywhere I go I get compliments!!! In the past 9 months my self esteem has reached a new level. I see the world differently than most bc I am blind (14 yrs ago at age 39) confidence dropped to a level I hope no one experiences.
Greg really knows his stuff! He knows what WILL work and what WONT. He is personable, genuine, and more talented than any other stylist I've ever met. I've also seen Paris when Greg was away, he worked that out for me so I appreciated that. She too did a great job. The price is steeper than I've ever experienced but I cannot put a price on the boost of self esteem I've gotten. I highly recommend Greg and Paris! Thank you for the positiveness you've brought my way!

The salon is very nice and clean. Good customer service.
The ranking of stylist though I don't understand. One time I paid 26 dollars and then another time 44 dollars.
The lady who charged 26 cut my hair and did a great job. I can't say that about the lady that charged 44. She spent very little time on the haircut and felt like I left with same as when I came in.

My wife goes there to get her hair done she's never been disappointed and if by chance they make a mistake they rescheduled and fixed it without charge so yes I'm impressed

I didn't like the way my make up was done. I had to fix it. (for my wedding) my up do was falling apart before I even left. The instructor had to do it & it didn't hold @ all. It was a simple 2 braids w/ a loose looking bun & some hair hanging around my face that was supposed to be curled. It didn't hold either. Pins fell out from the time I left til the end of my reception.

Let me start off by saying- I am a jovial, understanding kind of person but I am upset about the whole situation. I made an appointment at my last cut, for 3 months out. Prior to my appointment date, no one at Vici bothered to call to inform me my stylist is no longer with the company. It took me YEARS about 10 years! to find someone I really like to be hit sideways with a bat and given a new stylist whom I did not choose or knew about until I arrived the day of my appointment. I feel the ball was dropped. Do not wait until I show up to tell me "you're with someone else today." Do you know what this does to someone that is self-conscious about their hair and hearing this, it was a devastating blow to me. I felt abandoned and I felt that Vici should have at least given me the opportunity to DECIDE if I wanted to keep the appointment or not. Do not wait until I arrive to tell me that. I am not sure if you understand the relationship that is entrusted to stylist over a long period of time to have it ripped away and negligence on the company to inform their customers. Very inconsiderate. I will NOT be back as I have been a returning customer for quite some time by how I am truly disappointed in your policy. Please look at this within your company policy as I see many others are disappointed by this action.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are great at both listening to your requests and providing just what you are looking for or helping you decide what you might want to do with your look if your unsure. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of services provided, and the staff is very upfront about the cost of services with you at the beginning of your appointment. Esther is my personal stylist and she is fun, skilled and great to talk to. It always brightens my day to go in and get a service whether it's a bang trim or a full cut and color. I also high recommend Carmen's facials. They are the pinnacle of relaxation and pampering.
