I like my hair stylist technique wise, this is my second time here. However, she forced the products on me and I did not stand up and say no to it. The price of the service is already pretty high, plus expensive Aveda products.

The girls that work there are knowledgeable in the products used and how to apply the products. Except they overprice their service, and they are not consistent with their prices amongst each stylist. It's difficult to schedule appointments. They come across as being really nice, but it feels like an act. Instead of giving that needed comforting atmosphere there is a lot more drama, and feels like you have to watch what you say. They are not open about their concerns so you might be repermended by the person that is serving you.

This place really knows how to treat their customers! My first visit I arrive to find out the person I was scheduled with called in so I was switched to another stylist. They apologized and offered me a beverage things happen no big deal. I met Brad. We go over what I'm looking for and the appointment starts with a scalp massage and a shoulder rub. I'm in heaven! I love my cut! Brad gives me styling tips and I decide to schedule an appointment for coloring and highlights. Brad took the time to go over my choices offered advice but allowed me to make my own decision without being pushy in any way. While the color was taking I was treated to a hand rub. And my color turned out beautifully! Then Brad finished me off with a little lipstick and gloss and sent me on my way feeling absolutely fabulous! This place is worth every penny!

Best men's haircut in Milwaukee! I have fine hair and some parts are cowlick. Every time I go somewhere else, they mess it up. If you care about your appearance and want the best, go see Brad. He's the best! Great value!

I aways have a great experience at Lovely. Very friendly staff and casual environment, not too stuffy like some salons. They really make you feel pampered, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Love the hot cup of tea and amazing scalp massage.
