  My first appointment was awesome. Josie was the consultant and she was very professional and friendly. I am a new customer and excited to start this new experience. I expect great results as I got during my first appointment.

  HUGE waste of money, and my hair is all back. For that amount of money and it not to work, I feel they are crooks. I think money should be given back if it doesn't work. It's the loss of thousands on something that didn't do anything. It's BS you can't get a refund or more free sessions of something else since it didn't work at all. Definitely not worth the money or pain.

  I am a current customer and started my treatment in Florida. I have since moved to Canada but will be in WI to visit my family later this summer. I called to make an appointment while I am home and spoke to Josie, who was very nice. She said she couldn't find me in the system so she would transfer me to Jessica who would call my previous location and request my records be sent over to them so they could schedule my appointment. When I was transferred to Jessica, she was very rude and hardly provided acceptable customer service. She made me feel like I should have requested the records sooner, like I made a mistake. Though when I transferred between two FL offices, the office staff there requested the records for me willingly. She made me feel like an inconvenience and was not friendly at all. I wondered why I would have been transferred to her in the first place and why I was told she would request them for me only to have her tell me I "don't exist" in their system and I need to take care of it myself.
  After spending quite a bit of money at Ideal Image thus far, I did not appreciate her lack of customer service. I've had good experiences at the other locations and also at this location speaking with Josie, but I hope I don't need to talk to Jessica again.

  Everyone was very nice, as was the facility. Problem is, I have had zero results. Almost $4000 and 10 months later, nothing. I had considerable swelling and pain, I had to get bigger pants and wear elastic pants for three weeks. The nurse at the facility was also amazed at my lack of results. If it didn't cost so much I would try again because I hate to give up and the people in the pictures had two procedures. I can't blame it on eating. I have stricture and often have a hard time eating.

  I went in for laser hair removal. Everything went very smooth and everyone was very friendly. I didn't realize they offer so many other services. I will definitely be a returning client for other needs.

  I loved my experience at Ideal Image !!! I went in for laser hair removal ,but after hearing all the services they offered I came out with Botox and voluma. Josie the consultant was so friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to get anything during my free consultation. Josie answered the many questions I had and was very informative. Joleene was the one who gave me the services and was SO great to work with !!! I called her the next day for questions and they called back immediately. I will definitely be going back in the future for more treatments and hope to work with them again .They made my experience so much more enjoyable.

  I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I had at Ideal Image in Brookfield! The entire staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and down to earth. My biggest concern was the possibility of being sold more of something to help with something I never thought I had an issue with or staff pointing out other imperfections, making me feel worse than how I did when I first walked in. Not a problem here! Josie was fantastic! Thanks so much!
