ER is pathetic! 5 minute wait my butt. That is supposed to be a triage. I had a kidney stone and the kid at the window told my husband “I’m sorry there are 3 ahead of her!” My husband snatched me up and drove to Trinity. As soon as I walked in the door the grabbed me and took me in. Just one of 2 bad instances. The rest of the hospital is not too bad. Ask for a private room.

The city of Pittsburgh and all of its finest medical treatment is less than 30 minutes away. Why take a chance with your health? Your life? There is very little with which I would trust this poor quality, community hospital.

Horrible ER. Rude nurses, uncomassionate and ignorant doctors. They leave without even showing you where the call light is. I couldn't even locate it when I needed it. They give you medication without telling you what it is and why they're giving it to you. They don't explain what's going on they just leave you sit there to worry. There's also so many more problems and concerns I could mention but it's not even worth it right now because I'm just upset even thinking about my visit there. They sure do have a whole lot of updates they need to work on. It's pretty sad that their highest rating is one star

I had my daughter here last year and they were amazing. Doors won't even unlock if you are in the hallway with baby. Nurses were very nice and understanding. As for the ER I have been there with kidney stones and they gave me some medicine for the pain. Never have they sent me home untreated like Trinity has.

Worst hospital ever!!! Just had my 3 year old in the ER cause she is wheezing and coughing was there a little over an hour no sign of a doctor I asked a sarcastic nurse if there was a doctor working and she said " good luck finding him hes swamped" do not go here they dont care about patients!!!

My daughter keeps going into the hospital with back pain and lower abdomen pain, also I forgot to add she's 37 weeks. She had a small leakage of water come out even when her bladder is empty. They told her she's loosing her mucus plug but all they do is give her medication because of the pain in her back and stomach. The nurse we had yesterday was also very rude and just checked her cervix and gave her a cup of water and left for 30 minutes then came back checked her and sent us home. We got home and her pain increased. She don't want to go back to them because they keep sending her home.

My father had a knee replacement. He was moved to skilled care 3 days after surgery. He waited 11 hours his first day for pain medication. Sat soiled because no one answers the call buttons. Never gets his meds when he needs. Starting getting bed sores cause they don't rotate or move patients. I've talked to nurses, directors and everything and he still isn't getting the care he needs. Never send a loved one here unless it's life or death

Wrong answers about everything, some nurses not gentle, blood pressure machines not accurate & they admitted it! Doctors mislead you & not professional . Don't even feel safe in this hospital!

I visited this hospital when I was pregnant with my first child their advice and treatment was extremely subpar their knowledge about my questions was so lacking that I became empowered to deliver my own baby without their help he turned out great I will never regret walking the hell out of that place when I was six months pregnant and never looking back I hope all of the gynaecologists there lose their license because they are extremely ignorant when it comes to caring for pregnant women

Oh my god what a disgrace to the medical feild! Paitents have to share a room with another person which is extremely unsanitary. Not only that but alot of people seem to die here when the have kidney stones for some reason.

Some of the young nurses here in the ER really are lacking in there training. I had a horrible ordeal being seen for Pneumonia, Impersonal, unprofessional and severely lacking in skill. Couldn't get my IV in after like 9 tries, never checked on me as I developed a rash from one iv, and went on to develop a fever off 101 before another employee told my nurse to give me tylenol, spilled my urine sample all over the place and didn't clean it up. Unbelievable. My Doctor I feel did a thorough diagnosis, but the nursing staff needs some stronger leadership.
