I brought my fiance in because he's had a migraine for 3 weeks and nothing helps. 2 doctors come in , without an introduction, and one actually accuses him of being on drugs!! Are you kidding me!!?? He looks this way because he's in pain. They leave with not a word more. An hour an a half later he goes to CAT Scan. News to us because nobody had mentioned any testing or anything. So, it's the LAST time we EVER come here!!

Nice, attentive staff. Pleasant experience despite the reason for this visit. Even moved rooms due to the TV not receiving the Superbowl.

I see sevreal doctors at OVMC. The biggest draw back is the main floor check in is a mess first you have to go to the volunteer staton only to be told it's computerized and you do it yourself . The hospital is tying to hard to act like a big city hospital.

I spent 9 days on 5th. Everyone I had to deal with was warm and professional! They all went out of their way to make me comfortable! I hate going to the hospital but if I have to go again it will be OVMC!

Always bad they are seriously judgementle, they have no compassion if you have no insurance and look down you if have history of drug use and I'm not talking about hardcore drugs, just some petty weed. Literally one nurse said because I smoke weed I deserve everything coming to me. They talk crap on you like you can't hear them right around the corner. Example , I go to the er one night and a woman walks in in front of me, she said she had a rash on her face, they take her back. Once I'm in my room I hear one of the nurses ask what is it on her face? The other nurse replied it's herpies. I mean I'm pretty sure the woman would not have wanted her business broadcasted in the er. Warning anybody with history of drugs or are uninsured you will be judged at the door and will receive different treatment opposed to somebody that does not fall in those categories. It is true what they, OVMC are nothing but a bandaid hospital.
