We prefer Fernando's pizza to all Warren pizza shops. In Youngstown only the Brier Hill in Struthers is equal in its own realm and style. However Wedgwood is a weekly visit do to it's diversity in location,and Mrs.Hovaks sauce.

Good pizza. But you get sick of it after awhile. White is very good but to dry, not always consistent.

Called at 6:02 and placed my order for pick up at 7:30. Walked in at 7:33 and watched them slide it into the oven as I was walking in. Then they told me it will be a few minutes. Didn't get my pizza until 7:47. Fernando needs to put his foot in these young kids asses. I'm done with anything other than the Austintown location.

I ordered pizza and didn't not they no longer accept credit/debit cards. Such an inconvience guess I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

We've been long time customers of Howland Wedgewood Pizza.
Called in an order after work, and wasn't told about their new "Cash Only" policy. Once you're there to pick up your pizza, it's not likely that you're going to drive to your bank to make a withdrawal. So, in using the ATM at their location, I find out that the ATM is going to charge $2.00 to get my $20.00. I go to pay for the pizza, and find they've raised the price on the pizza, which I understand. Then later in the weekend, I checked my bank statement online to find that Chase Bank charged me another $2.50 to get that same $20.00!
They have great pizzas, but as everyone knows, you can stand just about anywhere in Trumbull County, throw a rock, and hit a pizza shop, and sorry to say that Wedgewood is definitely off my list.response / report this review -

I am really disappointed in the new "cash only" policy. It might seem like a small thing to change but I, like many people, have never carried cash on me. I won't be making special trips to the bank and I don't plan on paying multiple ATM fees just to get their pizza. I hate to sound like "one of those" people but my family genuinely spends about $60 a month at Wedgewood and I have to wonder if losing our business will make up for the fees they're avoiding by not accepting debit/credit cards? It is good pizza but there are plenty of great pizza places in this area that don't choose to alienate half of their customers over fees. Pizza Works, Ianazones, and Renato's are all great local places that can function while accepting credit cards.

Howland Wedgewood is not going to accept cards anymore "because of imposed fees". They want you to use the ATM in the lobby that has a two dollar fee, which would be on top of the fee your bank will charge you for using it, just so they can avoid the odd percentage fee from the card company. They have not told customers over the phone, just god awful looking signs hung everywhere in the location. Not returning, I'm sure others will follow. There are plenty of other close pizza places that are just as good but still accept cards. This is a blatantly bad business move.
