I was pretty comfortable. The people are very nice.
Very nice service. I was treated kindly from the moment I arrived and got a great deal on a car. I will be going back.
I bought a car from here almost 2 months ago and still have not received my title and can not get plates. I will not get into it all but Although I have sent them proper documents and done everything asked of me on my end, the employee (Ashley Mayfield) working with me has continuosly made promises and fallen shore every time. I am yet to receive my title.
Three weeks ago my partner and I purchased a used Nissan Sentra from this dealership and were assured that the car was in good condition and drove "like a dream" and that the in house mechanic had looked it over. They did negotiate the price with us somewhat and we left relatively happy even though in the span of our visit, Lopez (our salesman) nearly lost my partner's driver's license AND attempted to give us the CarFax for the wrong car. Less than three weeks later, my partner called to tell me he had been driving the car through a drive through and the BALL JOINTS ON THE FRONT AXLE SNAPPED IN HALF. I am appalled that this dealership shamelessly sold us such a dangerous car - what if this had happened on the highway instead of at 2 mph?! He could have DIED because these people didn't bother to make sure their cars are safe. Sadly there are no laws in place to protect us from scams like this, so I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is selling deathtraps and calling them a dream.
Johnny was an awesome sales rep. Great customer service. A sale person who actually listen and was able to go beyond what I was expecting. I love my 2017. Thanks Western Ave Nissan.
They have great prices online . I came in interested in more than 1 car & left the dealership with nothing . The sales person wasn't interested in selling a car .
I have bought three new cars from them in the last six years so that tells me that they're doing something right! They do offer a wide selection of new/old Nissans, and an eclectic assortment of pre-owned vehicles. They do try their best to put you in a car, but what do you expect at a dealership? And they do a good job of doing that too I daresay.
I suppose I wasn't dressed well enough to get the best customer service so I'll take responsibility for my work clothes but don't try to sell me a car that still has the previous owners heels in it, won't accelerate when I floor it, and you claim it just needs a tune up. When did we become so detached from our fellow man that we consider cheating him for an ever declining dollar? Let's do better.
Just called there parts dept. I was put on hold for full 5 min. Then guy say he needs a VIN to get an estimate. Gave me a bogus quote.. I then called another dealer. Got helped with half the price originally quoted. No VIN needed only for quote. Off the phone in 2 min.. never will call or go there ever.
My daughter Jasmine Williams purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this location in November of 2016. When she got all of her paper work it's stated in the contract that she has a 6 year warranty on her car for anything pertaining to the car. One of the tires that came with the car got a flat when she went back to Nissan to get something done about it she was told that tires aren't covered under the warranty and they don't do body work or tires there. Which makes no sense to me sense they are part of the car and she would have to pay for a new tire. So she decided to get a tire from somewhere else. A few days ago she got something in the mail stating that it was time for her car to be serviced since it's under warranty. Only for her to go Friday and get there and she shows them the letter and they tell her that she has to pay for services that need to be done to her car. She is very very pissed, because that is false advertisement. How is a new car not under warranty when she has only had the car 6 months. Then she said the staff looked at her like she was crazy. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau on her behalf. This makes no sense. And after discussing with another person and dealership they stated that their family purchased a car from this location and when they say you have a warranty on your car you actually don't. Management needs to contact my daughter about her car because they is going against the contract. I wouldn't personally recommend this location to anyone. Nissan needs to get it together. Why send a customer a letter stating it's time for your car to be serviced only to get there and are told you are being charged for it. When a warranty should be just that a warranty on a new car. And i'm still contacting the better business bureau about this. And i'm also going to contact channel 7 news about this as well. Makes no sense. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing a car off western at all
Jimmy Villares is a great car sales man. He was very attentive, helpful and amiable. I had various questions and he was able to answer all of them. He helped me choose the best vehicle for my needs and at a very good price. I would really recommend anyone to come visit Western Avenue Nissan and ask for Jimmy.
