Very nice and fast shipping. But be careful, they are picky about the trailers' condition. No water, no holes, no smells. They rejected our trailers twice this year because of small tiny little issues. :)

I worked for this company everyday, blood, sweat, and tears. I never once in my life busted my butt so hard to improve myself and the fundamentals of the job itself. They (Spherion) will hire you to work for a company called Popcorn Weaver out of Van Buren, Indiana, which just recently had a huge layoff and firing of innocent hard working employees. However I happened to be one of the employees that were let go. Granted this review is for Spherion, and how they handle their clients, but they want to hide the fact that they are hiring for Popcorn Weaver, a company that that lives by values that they set
themselves (their handbook) and can't even successfully portray what they want in their own company. Half of the employees go against their values daily and document falsified inputs of their weights and numbers. Sad part is, the company knows it, but doesn't seem to care (easy lawsuit). Let's not get into the fact that the machines the bags of popcorn go through are filthy daily and never EVER have solvents used on them for proper cleaning (mold/mildew), yet they are a privatized company with a gate around it, so they keep state inspectors out until it is time for that yearly look around. If they could have inspectors in there daily, I guarantee they will get hit with the mold/mildew. A company that doesn't seem to care about their temps, and yes you are a temporary, so that means NO leg to stand on for insurance or any of that. You will work your butt off for no benefits, and you can't miss work or you get fired. So if you are sick, get a flat tire, family member dies, Mr. Weaver himself doesn't care. Now as I said it and will say it again, this review is for Spherion, but I wanted to touch bases to why they aren't worth it. They hire you, as a backbone to Popcorn Weaver. So no matter what happens, even if you do nothing wrong, Spherion has Weaver's back in firing without needing the pressure to be put on the company itself. Spherion is/was supposed to help find other jobs to replace the one that didn't work out and let me go. However when I got let go, It was by a phone call/text, and nothing professional being said (they flat out lied for the company and made up excuses that weren't true, just to get rid of you). I still have the ugly uniforms of the company that I don't want, and I have waited forever to get a call for other opportunities. Those opportunities never came, as I sat here for a month to a few months, waiting for job opportunities. Spherion as well fails as a company to be relied on, when they can't even go by their own word. They also shorted many people out of their money, and wasn't even going to say anything about it. They also would make you wait two weeks to get it on a following check after you report that they were horrible at calculating your pay stub and keeping up with Weaver's changes. My review of Spherion/Weaver is to the at most legit rating anyone can give them. For I have suffered and have fallen into a complete waste of time (3 months) with the not so good opportunity of working for both of the companies. If you have an opportunity to work for them, DON'T. I also recommend staying away from popcorn weaver popcorn and pop secret, due to how filthy those machines, and the plant gets every second. Worst popcorn ever. Out of a box with 24 bags. Only 4 bags popped. Will never buy this crap again. And yes this popcorn is crap!
