My family eats here very often. We have only had a couple of mistakes during our dining experiences. Two of them were with steak temperature and it was corrected immediately and a free desert was given or the steak was taken off the bill. Our last time there the manager accidentally overloaded a waiter so we didn't get proper service. He comped our meal without us even having to say anything. We have always been treat well here and even with the few mistakes they have done everything in their power to correct it.

Never had a bad meal here. Prices are reasonable and food is quality. Food was great. Staff very polite. We will stop again!

Didn’t know Weber Grills had a restaurant until tonight. But it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a restaurant in quite some time.
Our assigned server was tied up with a big party so it took a bit to get someone to take our drink order. But the other servers noticed and took care of us right away. And the manager came around and took care of our first round of drinks for the hassle.
How was the food? Great!! My friend asked for the meatloaf. She couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. I ordered one of the burgers. Wow, one of the best burgers I’ve had in years. Also, the food came out really fast. It was hot and cooked to perfection.
I would love to come back the next time I’m back in town.response / report this review -

Third time I’ve eaten there. Service was very slow. They were completely booked so wondering if they were short staffed. We had a party of eight. One vegetarian in the group. Very limited options. Pizza or salad. I had ribs which were good but my side of fries hardly had any Parmesan cheese or herbs. Disappointing. Won’t go back again next year.

I travel to Indianapolis once a year for work and MUST eat here at least once. Honey mustard pork chop is absolutely awesome. Apple pie with cinnamon ice cream and bourbon caramel glaze is perfect.

Absolutely amazing place all around! It's pretty fancy inside which makes you think that it's going to be on the expensive side, but come to find out the prices are very reasonable. Our server Peyton was excellent and very attentive. The food was to die for, especially the chicken. I live in Ohio but will be back in the near future just so I can eat here again. I highly recommend checking this place out!

The classic cheeseburger, pretzel bun and bread plus beer can chicken entree was excellent in taste, form, preparedness and presentation. The booth in the bar area is comfortable. Service is good. Location is easy for someone staying downtown.

So you're in the city but want that taste of the backyard BBQ? This is the place! Especially if you like that charcoal flavor. Beer (IPA and others) on tap, a full bar and Coke products will quench your thirst. The pretzel rolls with cheddar butter was delicious. The entrees were exactly what you would expect from a grill related restaurant!

Excellent service and delicious food! There is a very nice private meeting room that accommodated our large group for Greenwood Chamber of Commerce nicely. I had the ribs which were tasty and very tender. Someone near me had the salmon and it looked delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon in the evening for a date night.

Awesome steaks. They were even kind enough to give us a tour or the place! They have 6 gas grill going and three dedicated charcoal grills. Oh yeah, they are three food in diameter! Such an awesome experience!

Place looks grand and the created atmosphere of class is well executed with the severs and decor. It was a nice experience and the food was pretty good, but nothing made it my top choice of restaurants for Indy. What made it special was just the friends I went with, and there are some interesting menu items, though I did not venture too much on this visit. My friend who has come on multiple occasions says that their meats consistently come charred, not to an inedible point, but certainly more than what he'd prefer

I had very high hopes for this place. A restaurant based around a classic line of grills this should be awesome right? Well, not really. We entered with high hopes and the initial impression was very positive. This places exudes class. Gorgeous wood everywhere with rich deep tones give it an air of sophistication. The restaurant has a very comfortable feel. Once seated, very comfortably, we perused the menu. The prices are very high. That aside I do not mind paying high prices for quality food. Thus the big failure. The meal was bland and entirely unimpressive while being hugely expensive. I do not mind paying for quality food but I do not relish paying for mediocre quality food at best. We had high hopes but were ultimately let down.

Loved the Honey mustard grilled chicken skewers. It was on the appetizer menu, but can easily be eaten as an entree. It's a family style restaurant with an open kitchen. I love how much care they take on allergenic food orders. A special ticket follows allergenic food orders throughout the entire food preparation. Great restaurant.

overpriced and food was not that good. My daughter ordered the red grouper and it was burned on the outside and they served it with spinach which was expected, but they put the fish on top of the spinach and put a sauce on it which made the spinach taste like fish. My daughter loves spinach and she would not eat it. I had prime rib that was okay, but small and lots of fat on it. My son had the pork chop that was the best meal but still overpriced for what he got. My wife had a fillet with shrimp and the fillet was overcooked. The price was 155.00 without the tip and only my son was full and that's because he upgraded to the mac and cheese for the side dish for 3 dollars more. not recommended! will not be back.
