I’ve been coming here for the last couple of months to get laser treatments a couple times a week in hopes of restoring some premature hair loss I have. I’ve definitely seen improvement in my hair and all products are always provided whenever I ask. Making appointments is never an issue, I basically come in whenever I have time to. I also LOVE the staff everyone is so friendly and sweet and always ensures I have everything I need!!

Everyone here is incredibly kind. They genuinely look out for you and your best interest. Every interaction I’ve had with Katie, Haley, Kala, Anna and Dr Giannotto have been nothing short of exceptional. I felt so taken care of! They are honest and upfront about what would work best for you and I wouldn’t have it any other way. They know their work inside out. They’re confident of it and it definitely shows. I highly recommend them to anyone wondering where to go.
They’re truly the best of the best.

I just completed the Multi-Unit Hair Graft and cannot say enough about the most friendliest and professional experience with PAI MEDICAL GROUP beginning with my first greeting from the girls at the front desk and my consultation with Katie. Working directly with Haley and Kayla was such a pleasure and all of my questions and concerns were addressed by both which really made me at ease. The technicians who helped with the procedure were first class and kept me comfortable throughout the process. Lastly thanks to Dr Giannotto for his expertise in explaining and performing the procedure. Shout out to everyone there at PAI MEDICAL GROUP for a wonderful experience.

Excellent experience. I have nothing but the highest regard for their talent, professionalism, and staff. I had a procedure a few years ago and was very satisfied. Went back recently to consider another procedure. The consultation before the surgery included a review by two on site physicians. Rather than complete the procedure, they advised me not to go forward. I was so impressed that they were willing to walk away from the profit to ensure that I wasn't going to be disappointed in the final result. Integrity is a value on which you can't put a price. You can trust you're in good hands with PAI Medical!

I have been a client at PAI Medical since December and have been thoroughly impressed by everything here, from the staff to the treatment to the cleanliness of the office. The staff (Adrienne and Tiffany in particular) are accommodating, kind, and helpful. They put you at ease and in my visits, I’ve witnessed their grace and professionalism firsthand. The location is always in tip top shape and while becoming a client at PAI in the midst of a global pandemic gave me some apprehension, I was made comfortable by the care and cleanliness of the facilities. PAI’s communication has been awesome and it’s really true when they say you “get what you pay for.” All of these aspects have made this experience worth it.

I love these people!!!!!

My experience was great! I arrived feeling nervous but once I started talking to the staff I instantly started feeling comfortable and at home especially Tabatha , she was a big help I could tell her main focus was to keep me comfortable as she performed my procedure of Micro pigmentation.

I went to PAI a year ago to get some help with my hair loss. I knew I would be getting married within a year and I wanted to have a full head of hair for my wedding. I got married ten months after my procedure and the results were incredible. I had a full head of hair and no sign of the surgery I had. I could not be happier with the results and the doctors and staff at PAI. They are very professional, and they make you feel as though you are part of their family.

My experience with PAI was mixed. I met with them because they were the most experienced hair transplant clinic in the area and had been around a long time. They were very nice and helpful but my outcome wasn’t what I expected.
I had them perform a traditional strip hair transplant in January of 2013 with Sam Botta, M.D. The procedure itself went well but after my procedure the suture site in the back stretched and caused me to have a wider scar than I was expecting. When I met with PAI about it they informed me that the area was wider than normal and they’d be happy to do a scar revision for me but we’d need to wait until the area had completely healed.
During the time it was healing I had to wear my hair a little longer than I normally would to cover the line. I also used a colored cream that I rubbed on the line to blend it into my hair. During this time I didn’t want to go to my normal hair stylist so PAI cut my hair for free and gave me laser treatments to help with the overall healing.
When the time was right I had my scar revised at PAI. I used a different surgeon at that time named doctor Jeff Waesche. He was very nice and helpful and the scar turned out much, much better. However when I cut my hair really short (about a half inch) or when I got my hair wet in certain areas the line was still noticeable. Again it was much better but still not as thin as I wanted.
I then met with them about my options to help conceal the scar further. They went over a couple of other options that would help. One option was Scalp micro-pigmentation. PAI directed me to a company in Minneapolis that developed the process. We looked at their website and the patients they’d done looked good.
The other option was to use another transplant technique to harvest the hairs from the back with no linear scar and transplant the hairs into the scar. This process was being done locally but I didn’t want to shave my head if possible so PAI directed me to a doctor in Tampa who’d developed what he called a no-shave FUE harvesting technique.
After meeting with PAI my fiancé and I decided to try both options to minimize the scar as much as I could. I’m pretty happy with the outcome of these procedures overall, and glad I did them.
Because of my scar issues PAI refunded me for my procedure and paid for part of my Micro-pigmentation and no shave FUE procedure. Although I didn’t get what I’d hoped for with PAI they did care enough to help me find the right solution and helped pay for it so I’m happy about that.

As a male in my mid forties it was hard for me to admit that my hair was receding in the front. I'm kinda like Samson and without my hair I feel powerless!
They say the first step is to admit you have a problem, so that's what I did and I made an appointment with PAI Medical Group. I had my initial consult with the doctor and then started receiving low laser treatments twice a week. It has been two months since I started and I can tell you that I've noticed that I'm actually seeing hairs grow in the front where my hair was receding before. There are also a lot less hairs in the bathtub after I shower than before I started these treatments. I'm excited about the next phase because they said that's when your hair starts getting thicker again.
I also want to acknowledge everyone at PAI Medical Group and thank them for their kindness and hospitality, they've made me feel like a friend. I would like to encourage anyone who is going through the same emotional turmoil as I did to contact them, you won't be sorry.

My dad was a little bit skeptical of the whole idea; he insisted he looked fine. Eventually, we convinced him just to give the consultation a try. He ended up being very impressed with PAI (the quality of service, the beauty of the facility) and agreed to try hair transplants. Now we (my mother, my dad, and I) are so grateful that he decided to go through with it. The results are better than what we could have ever hoped for. He looks years younger and he feels a lot better about himself.

Would highly recommend at least trying the consultation- it was worth it.
