Dr. Ingraham is FANTASTIC. He genuinely cares about his patients and is really easy to talk to without all the "big doctor words."

I am a patient at Genesis family medicine and I love the atmosphere there along with my doctor and his assistant along with the staff. They always treat you like a person not another co-pay to be collected. I believe I will be a patient of there's for a long time.

Had a wonderful experience, Dr. Heidi was so welcoming, came into the room literally moments after I was taken to it, and never made me feel rushed. Will return.

Doctors are great but this must be the rudest front office staff in Murfreesboro. I won't go back until she's replaced!!!!

I was very disappointed with the lady who answered the phone. I felt she was very short and rude. She just transferred me to another line to leave a message.
