Amazing experience. Lindsey was super knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t ask for. Got Botox to even out my eyes after Bell’s palsy. She did a great job and I am extremely satisfied with the results! Love and will definitely go back!

The office was clean and well lit. The wait to see the doctor was about 5 minutes. The nurse, nurse practitioner, and the administrator were clean, neat and extremely pleasant. The process took about 10 minutes. It was painless and we had good conversation. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I look forward to the follow up appointment. 🌹🙏😉

My experience today at Gold Skin Care is exactly the way it has been every time for the past twenty years: first rate. I’m always treated as an individual (not a nameless patient) by courteous, competent, professional assistants. Additionally, I consider Dr. Michael Gold as fine a dermatologist as you will find anywhere. I must drive 1 1/2 hours to get to Dr. Gold’s office for an appointment; I would gladly drive twice as long if it were needed. That fact alone speaks to the respect and high regard I have for Dr. Gold.

This was my first time being seen here. I was 20 min late thinking my appt time was later and they still seen me no questions asked. The staff was amazing! I did not deal with one rude person the whole visit. They listened to all of what was going on, answered all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. Worth the hour drive to get here.

This is THE WORST dermatology/skin health office I have ever been to. I had fractora done 90 days ago. I was told I would see results with one treatment. Here I am 3 months later with worse skin. I saw Dr. Gold because the nurse that did my procedure could not explain to me why my before photos were better than my after. Dr. Gold comes in and immediately starts talking down to me, telling me that fractora reuires multiple treatments, and that I would need to do more or try something else. I told him that's not what I was told, he scoffed at me and said, "no one here told you that." Then the nurse interjected and told him that I indeed was told that, and it was in my notes. He didn't apologize at all. He just kept rolling on about how I need to be on his side and how I was under charged to begin with, and how this treatment in NY would be $3,000 for one treatments. He tried to walk out of the room, as if he was done with the conversation because of annoyance. I then told him he came off as if he didn't care at all about my concerns, and that he did not seem genuine. He then told me to go somewhere else. I am completely dumb founded. This man is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I urge everyone, DO NOT GO TO THEM. Truly a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! I don't know how he is still in business.

I went to golden skin care hoping to finally get a solution to my acne yet the doctor only looked at me for a min. Or so and suggested that I use the creams they sell. I told him and the other nurses that I have been dealing with acne for a few years and wanted to try accutane because I've heated it's the only thing that would help permentaly, and he said it would be to expensive, although that should of been my decision .

Omg what can I say I love this place! Free parking and the people are very professional. I came after to get a refresher for my face once in a while and it feels amazing. The hands are super soft and the products smell amazing I also love how detailed the staff are in making sure you know how each facial effects your face. My skin feels much more moisturized and refreshed. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. The results are fantastic!!!! Need to buy a spa package

Awful experience. Dr. Gold is impersonal and only looked at me for 5 minutes top despite me wasting almost two hours here. Of course, since he barely looked at me he prescribed me the wrong medication and didn't even address my actual concerned. To make it worse, BOTH times i was there the nurses came at me with needles, no explanation, no asking if it was okay, no talking about potential side effects or even what was in the needles. I had to ask. Then I outright refused the medications. They didn't even care to ask whether or not I had any issues with certain medications. I have had horrible reactions to antibiotics and I do not want them injected into my face. And I told Dr. Gold that the steroid shots did nothing for me. Do not give them to me again without even asking. I will never come here again.

I went to see Dr. Gold years ago about skin tags on my face and body (I think just scarring from years of acne). Dr. Gold cut and removed one of the tags which left a ugly scar BUT never bothered you relay the results or a solution. As others have stated, he is very impersonal and all about money. Definitely a waste of my time.

My husband had been waiting for his appointment with Doctor Gold for months now to look at his acne. He had an appointment first thing in the morning, hoping to get in quickly. After filling out paperwork describing his condition, no one even acknowledged it. He saw Doctor Gold for a total of 3 MINUTES in which he didn't even take the time to grasp his personal condition or bother relaying what my husband told him to the next member of "the team" that came in the room. They suggested lasers and medications and washes without paying mind to what would help his individual condition. He's seen doctors before and the generic recommendations they give everyone is not why we specifically schedule to see a DERMATOLOGIST. Two hours wasted, money wasted, and extremely disappointed in this experience. I don't know what sort of operation they're running here, but if you want answers or personalized service-- this is NOT the place.

Just want to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff at Gold's They worked me in quickly and conveniently for an eczema reaction I was having near my eye that was very worrisome. The appointment was quick and easy. All the staff were AMAZING, friendly, courteous and compassionate and it was clear they are very good at quickly diagnosing and treating their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend Gold Skin Care to anyone needing a dermatologist!

My husband and I have had nothing but a great experience with Gold Skin Care. He had several possible cancer or pre-cancerous growth on his head. Dr. Gold took care of those in a different way than another doctor in a different town did.
I had visited two different doctors with cholesterol bags around my eyes. Neither were able to help me although they did try. Dr. Gold knew what to do and to help prevent them from coming back. I feel very confident in his work.

I've been a patient of Gold Skin Care Center for about 5 months now. And I must say that each and every visit has been a wonderful experience.

From the minute that I walked in the lobby during my first visit I have always felt welcomed. More like a friend and not a patient. The front house staff make one feel at home and at ease. Michael Gold is a kind, professional, and forward person. And while my reason for visiting is rather minuscule, I am confident that those that have much larger and more concerning issues feel a sense of relief when the Staff of Gold Skin Care Center helps them.

I return to see Dr. Gold and his staff in four weeks and I can honestly say that I am looking forward to the experience.

Topnotch, consummate professionals for sure.
