Went today September 30th for a massage and a body wrap honestly loved every minute of it both Racheal did my massage probably one of the best massage I’ve ever had and I have been to many spa I can’t not remember The aesthetician name that did my wrap but she was very nice and new what she was doing made you feel comfortable and relaxed she said she had been doing it for 18 years and you could tell she knew what to do I have no complaints at all probably one of the better spas I’ve been to in my life I recommend anybody to go there they are friendly and even tho spas are high this one is worth there money

I go to Natural Body on a regular basis and have had the best massages ever. I have been to several spas around the U.S. and this is by far my favorite. When calling ask for deep and you will get very strong therapists that care about your well-being. Great products too!

I received a massage at Natural Body recently, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst I've ever had. I want to stress that everyone was nice and friendly, and the day spa is clean and attractive. I have enjoyed facials at Natural Body, so when my regular massage therapist was booked (Chattanooga Massage and Bodyworks), and I didn't want to wait, I thought I would be in for a good massage. I couldn't have been more wrong.

While the therapist assigned to me was very likable, I had to wonder what, if any, training she had. I requested the signature relaxation massage, but I felt neither relaxed nor pampered when I left. In no particular ordershe frequently took her hands off of me for moments at a time instead of maintaining constant contact with my body; her moves were extremely basic and choppy and lacked a flowing, fluid feel; at times the "relaxation" massage was painful, such as when she used her knuckles to dig deeply into the sides of my neck, as well as very pinpointed "stabs" in the glutes with her knuckles that was painful to the point of needing to speak up; the leg work lasted about 1 minute per leg and stopped approximately 2 inches above the knee; no glute massage was done (just the painful poking done on top of the sheet); no abdominal work was done; and her hands were very rough and dry, which added to the discomfort of her primarily rough-feeling massage. I realize that not all therapists offer the abdominal work, so that's not the end of the world.

I typically love massages and dread them coming to an end, but I was looking forward to this one being over. There may be good therapists at Natural Body, but after this experience, I won't be back to find out.

A week before, I went to purchase my girlfriend and her mother manicure/pedicure packages for Mother's Day. I was told that no one was scheduled to work that day, but if something came up, we would be called to confirm. We remained hopeful, but didn't expect much. As the week went on, we heard nothing, so we lost hope. As a last attempt, my girlfriend called early morning on Mother's Day. The answer she received, "We're all booked, sorry."

1. Why were we not called like we were told? Was it because they already knew they were booked and they were afraid they would lose the gift card purchase if they told us that? Or are they just that unorganized? For something as big as Mother's Day, surely they should have worked out a system if they didn't already have one.

2. Even if there was a wait time, why were we not told about it ahead of time? Again, was it to give us hope so that we would go ahead and make the purchase instead of back out?

The bottom-line is that there is no reason why things should have worked out the way they did. We did not even get a phone call to let us know they were fully booked. We were just made to assume that if things worked out, they would do it all on their end.

I contacted management under their website information and have yet to receive a reply or an apology. This is highly unacceptable. I have been going there for years, purchasing many of their packages worth hundreds of dollars each. I never ran into problems, but that's because I make the gift card purchases as gifts to my family/friends. Perhaps they ran into trouble and just never informed me; I don't know. I merely went inside, made my purchase, and went on my way. Never did I imagine that when I needed something from the business personally and directly, this would happen. Now I regret every $1 I ever spent there, and I write this in hopes that no one else makes the same mistake.
