That place is the worst I've ever seen. My Mother and aunt worked at a nursing home when I was a kid and my ex fiance did when I was a teenager and I have never seen the kind of disrespectful hateful downright rude behavior I witnessed at this place. If you love your family member or friends please don't even drive by this place. Just horrible!!! All I can say good about the place is that the people doing the actual rehab seem friendly and knowledgeable but the rest are evil!

I moved my mother there in 2016. They no longer run a tight ship, and it doesn't matter that the corporate office is adjacent to the health care facility. Beautiful setting otherwise, plenty of recreational rooms, lounges, physical therapy gyms, absolutely no smoking allowed indoors, wood floors in the rooms, mahogany-colored furnishings, pretty carpeting in some of the hallways, ample space, calm and efficient sanitation (no lingering body or body waste odors). I'm disappointed in the caliber of a lot of the CNA and nursing care staff, but low standards seem to be the norm for most humans. A couple of the nurses are awesome though. Grease THEIR wheels and your loved one will be safe when you're not there. Expect neglect due to understaffing and apathy otherwise.

If you care about your family member DO NOT take them here ! The incompetence the staff has is beyond words, they gave Mom a nausea pill that was for someone on chemo, she was discharged WITHOUT the her medicine . If you care about you family member DO NOT take them any N.H.C .

Awful experience. My mom went in after a fall. She stayed 5 hrs & I went & brought her home. The CNAs were more interested in who was sleeping w who & Facebook than the patients. Food was canned Armour Beef Stew & never got her meds. To top it all off their NP changed my mom's meds w out consent which cause a severe anxiety attack. Do not take ur family members here. Negligence is rampant.

I moved my mother there in 2016. They run a tight ship, in large part due to the fact that the corporate office in adjacent to the health care facility. Beautiful setting, plenty of recreational rooms, lounges, physical therapy gyms, plenty of staff everywhere, absolutely no smoking allowed on site, wood floors in the rooms, mahogany-colored furnishings, beautiful carpeting in the hallways to minimize noise, ample storage, calm inside and very efficient sanitation. I'm impressed thus far.

My mother has been in their care for several months and I am extremely pleased with their compassion regarding her. I trust them implicitly and any decisions in which they recommend regarding my mother. She has been a special case and their patience regarding her has been amazing. She has a wonderful group of nurses and her case worker is an extremely compassionate person and it is obvious that he cares about his patients. They have always - no matter how hard the answer might be - answered with questions with honesty and integrity. I cannot recommend this facility enough when it comes to placing your elderly loved one in intermediate care.
