Requested weekend service but needed no work (someone else performed). $247 charge. Agree that a charge for travel time is due but this charge was grossly excessive.

The put up large ceiling fan in our high ceiling great room. Was very responsive from the first time I called to get scheduled. The guys installing did an awesome job!!

After getting an estimate of $1k to install a whole house generator, the bill came to $1900. My husband, who had been an electrician for over 40 years before retiring, knew how much the material would run but their material cost was way over what it should have been. When I questioned them, I was told that with their markup, that is what the material cost was. If they knew their material cost was going to be $900+, why would they give an estimate of $1k. On top of that, my husband told them something they were going to do wrong. The next morning, the guy told him he was right and would do it the way my husband had explained. My husband also showed them a way to work around a couple of material issues. If my husband had been licensed in Florida, he would have done the install himself, but for insurance reasons, we felt it best to hire a licensed electrician. We would not recommend this company. If you use them, make sure to get a written estimate!

Had this company rewire a carport and hang some lighting for my elderly mothers home. Great communication, customer service and electricians showed up the next day. They were courteous and professional. Thank you so much or the great job.
