I have to say it was be far my best experience ever in purchasing a car. Jon was super amazing! Was helpful, listen to what I like and could afford. He was even great with my little man. My husband was even so excited with the process and how good Jon assisted me with everything that he would like to go back in August next year to get himself a new truck! Thank you Jon! We appreciate the fast, friendly service you provided us. We absolutely love the car. :)

I worked with Jon K. who was more than helpful getting my wife and I a car for the prices we asked for. The company itself went above and beyond expecations making sure we got the car we wanted for a fair monthly price. Even going out of the way to provide us with a fair insurance company! Everyone is very polite and Straight Forward. Thank you for the 2016 Nissan rogue.

Went in and spoke with Jon M. kleinschmidt, right off the bat he was a very upfront honest guy. He went over and beyond any other experience I've had with other dealerships. I recommend this place highly and thank him for all his hard work! Never thought idd drive out the lot in a vehicle so nice!

Buyer beware!!! Went to this dealership with the intention of looking at some trucks. I spoke with a representative earlier in the day about vehicles that matched my criteria. They told me they had "multiple" vehicles that matched that criteria and price range. When I went to the store later that evening they asked me multiple questions from personal information to credit and insurance related questions. I was just interested in looking at vehicles at the time but they continued to ask multiple questions. Then when we got past that they ended up not having any of the vehicles that they claimed to have. Overall it was a huge waste of time. We will not be visiting this dealership again.

In dire need of a vehicle, I had no other choice but to make a trip to Wausau, Wisconsin which I was not terribly thrilled to do. After a long day visiting multiple Car Lots, going on multiple test drives, and only becoming more increasingly aggravated. I found myself at Wausau Auto Sales where I was greeted by an associate named Patrick Cross. This associates demeanor and etiquette for business were immediately clear.
The overall interaction and experience was top notch! The accountability, and time Mr.Cross took to see me into a vehicle that fit my needs, and the needs of my family was exceptional. He made sure that my time, my needs, and that my overall experience was excellent while at Wausau Auto Sales.
I would recommend both Wausau Auto Sales and their sales associate Patrick Cross. It is far to often we hear about the negatives, and not enough in regard to the people of integrity from within the auto industry. Truly it was both a unique and enjoyable experience.

I flew in from NYC Tuesday morning and went home with a new car Tuesday night. I relocated to Wisconsin for a job opportunity. My first day in town I came to Wausau auto worried that I wouldn't be approved because of my poor credit. Kamal worked with me all day to get me the best deal possible and was able to get the price of the car down by almost $10k. This is the best car buying experience I've had and Kamal was very persistent and dedicated to making sure I left satisfied. I will definitely recommend them to other.

Matt at Wausau auto was AMAZING! prior to going to the Wausau location I went to appleton one and was very upset. They were just trying to con me out of money. Chris at appleton auto ran my credit and I told him the vehicle I was interested in and so I test drove it and LOVED IT! Then when I got back he informed me I needed 12000 down to get it. He could have let me know before I fell in love with it. I went to Wausau letting Matt know I didn't want to be jerked around and to put me in a car I'd be approved for. So he put me in a nice 2016 car. He gave me tips on how to later on get approved for an SUV. He was very honest about me not being able to get exactly what I wanted. He was AMAZING to deal with and I couldn't have been happier.

Justin Zastrow was AMAZING to work with! He calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable and confident in the whole car buying ordeal. He made miracles happen so I could get a newer, reliable car for my family!!! Great experience! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle!!

5 stars for Justin at Wausau Auto. Decided to stop and take a look at the lot at Wausau Auto with pre-approved financing. Was ready to leave after a few minutes when an initial salesperson wasn't very helpful and some high window prices but then Justin stepped in. Thanks Justin for taking my old beater off my hands and helping me into my new 2016 Malibu Limited LT for only $500 down! 0 stars for their commercials but a SOLID 5 stars for Justin.

We came in looking for a car without any knowledge of anything. Derrik helped us throughout the 4-5 hours we were there. He was very patient with us, especially with all the confusing and switching back and forth with our decisions. He helped us understand our credit more and how that all works. Very helpful, a lot of resources. I would definitely recommend this location and derrik to anyone who needs help with a car. 😊

Johnny and his team were amazing at getting us financed for a vehicle! They did everything possible for us even though our credit score was poor. We also received a wonderful deal on a beautiful car. I was helped by Derrik at the Wausau location for 199 and he was a very pleasant man and car salesman. It's nice to know there are car sales clerks who don't fit the stereotype. He was knowledgeable and really cared about getting me into a vehicle. He used all of his resources to the greatest extent. I will be 100x more likely to refer him to any friends and family that are inquiring.

So I'm giving them 2 stars because at least the sales personal are very friendly and easy to deal with, but and here's the but Back in December of 2016 I walked in looking for a truck, they only had 1 on the lot and it had a v6 in a full size truck (not an option when you want to pull trailers all the time). So, they had one on another lot that I was willing to go drive and look at but they convinced me to stay at that location and try for financing. I then explained at that time that I had already obtained financing through my bank and didn't need theirs.
They talked me into doing a credit check anyway, I authorized only 1 check, they pulled my credit 6 times that day dropping me 45 points!!!! All this on a truck that I had yet to see or agree to even purchase.
Lastly, there are no price tags on the vehicles as they claimed several times that day "the bank determines the price of the vehicle". Really??? since when does a bank tell a dealership what they should sell the vehicle for? All in all they messed up my credit to the point that I had to go for a slightly older truck than I originally intended, and NO, I did not buy from them, nor would I ever deal with them again or recommend them to anyone, seems a shady way of doing business if you ask me.
