Chris Zeidler was a great representative to work with at Toyota of Wausau. He made the buying experience very easy and he got us a great deal without all the typical haggling. He was never pushy he simply got the information I requested. I would happily refer him to others and would work with him again in the future myself. To be honest I work here back in the Detail Department where the cars are cleaned and preped for delivery. I absolutely love this job and the environment my fellow employees create for our customers and ourselves.

I always keep in mind what my supervisor had told me on the day of my interview. "We strive to make every car look the best as possible, we want our used cars looking as good as the new ones" paraphrasing of course but it sticks with me almost a year later. I've never had particularly good thoughts about car dealerships until I joined this one. All of the sales men come back and make sure the cars they are showing and selling are in good shape and are looking a good as possible for their customer's. Warming them up ahead of time in the winter or even getting the a.c. running the the summer for a comfortable ride for their test drive.

Before working here and getting to know the sales men and the mechanics personally, I would have never thought they truly cared about the customers well being and service. But they truly and honestly do. I am proud to say I work here and have just recently purchased my very own first car from them. Used 2007 Camry. Beautifully cleaned and ready to go.

You couldn't find a better friend than Travis Cornwall at Toyota of Wausau. I say friend because he's not a car salesman to me, and he won't be to you either. Guy is charismatic, knowledgeable, really funny. He will make sure you need to know everything and then some about whichever vehicle you're looking for. He'll make sure you're accommodated while all your paperwork is being done, and he'll make sure that you love your car, and if you don't, he'll find one you do love for you. I have only good things to say about him and the dealership. Their finance gentlemen Brent was also phenomenal and he'll play some great music for you while he gets your financials down for the purchase. Great, humble, and personable guy. I'd also like to give a personal thanks to one manager, Toni (or Tony not sure on spelling) she will make sure that if you're not happy with the terms, or whatever is bothering your about your purchase, that she fixes it, personally. Can't thank the dealer and my specific mentions enough.

Purchased a used car in dead of winter after an auto accident. Glen was very professional in showing us automobiles within our allotted budget. The cars were lined up on the parking lot, warmed up and in clean condition, making evaluation of the vehicles efficient. The salesman left us to evaluate the selection for as long as needed, gave us the keys to drive them, and was available for any questions. The auto we purchased was fairly priced as far as dealerships go. Obviously, if i could have found the right vehicle private party, could have saved some money. The dealership detailed the car very well, including the engine compartment. They even had their "ding" repairman repair a few body dings. I was impressed by the condition of the car, especially since we were not spending very much for this older than late model replacement vehicle. There was no pressure from the salesman or cashier for extras, though they obviously were presented to us. I would not hesitate to evaluate cars from this dealership in a quest for new or used automobile. Hopefully it will prove a good purchase decision.

What a great place great service and great people. Tyler was our sales representative, he ran for us and grabbed every car we wanted to test drive. With speed and enthusiasm we finally decided on the amazing comfortable elegant Avalon XLS. All in all it was a pleasure buying a vehicle from these guys, not the usual headache that comes with working with dealers

So thankful to have worked with an incredible salesman! Eric Seehafer found us the exact vehicle we needed to fit our needs. We didn't think we'd be able to afford to upgrade our old car, but Eric listened to us and found us the perfect used vehicle. We had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Wausau. We were greeted by Tyler who did an exceptional job for us. He was very knowledgeable about all functions of the truck we were looking at. A easy going, friendly comfortable place with no pressure at all!
I loved how we could drive the truck without a salesman in the back seat as many places still do not let you do that!
They were rated online as one of the best dealers with the most trucks and best prices of the truck we were looking at.
We will be back when we need another vehicle, even if its a bit of a drive for us. Check them out, you will not be sorry.

I had a great experience at Toyota of Wausau. My salesman, Glen Kiser, was knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating to my schedule, and a complete pleasure to work with. Their team as a whole is very honest and clearly puts the customer first. They have a great selection of vehicles at extremely fair prices. I drove out with a used Corolla and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend Toyota of Wausau!

The wife and I were both impressed with our treatment during our car shopping visits and final sales. This is our third Camry in a row since 1998. .
We have been using Toyota of Wausau for all out maintenance work since 2004 and have been very pleased. Happily, the vast majority of the work required was Oil & Filter changes only.

Remember to ask for Eric when you look at your vehicles, you will not regret it. He definitely gets an AA+++++++++++++++++ for helping me find my 2016 Toyota Corolla.
