I have been seeing Dr. Warren for over 20 years. My first visit was simply because it was the closest vet to my house, a quick 5 minutes away. All of my pets have been cats, all strays, rescues, and ferals. My daughter also worked there for around 10 years. The doctor's full name is Matha Warren, a woman. I have found her and her friendly, helpful staff to be professional, caring, and thorough in the care of my beloved cats and kittens. They are gentle and patient with even the wildest and most scared cats. Dr. Warren recently hired another doctor, whom I saw on my last visit for my cat's annual exam and shots. She is also very cheerful and thoughtful, and I was completely satisfied with her knowledge and experience also. I have heard that there are other vets in town who are a little less expensive, but have not considered them at all. My peace of mind is well worth the small savings I might realize elsewhere. Also, the short ride is less traumatic on my pets. They also send reminder post cards when the annual exams are due. My highest recommendation goes out to this office.

I'll never return either. My dog has not improved, I took her twice. Save heartache and money:. Go somewhere else! Find a vet who values you as primary care provider. She's not a listener, that's for sure. You could be supplementing your animal's diet with the gold standard grass fed whatever and she'll still push her products. $$$. She took my dog out of the room away from my sight, and tersely closes the door if you open it to be sure your animal is ok. Claiming it's for my own protection. Hah. Seriously? Don't let your animal out of your sight. Just don't go here.

Update:. Not only did she not do a miserable job with my dog she did not recommend treatment for my cat who I mentioned to her after the appointment. Dr. Warren said "awwwww" when I mentioned his constant drool, that's it.

In the length of time it took her to show fake interest/ compassion (awwwww), she could just as easily have made compassionate and honest recommendations.

My cat had surgery this morning, came through just fine, zero thanks to this vet clinic and zero thanks to dr matha Warren.

If I could rate them a Zero, I surely would.

We recently moved to Murfreesboro and was looking for a vet. We decided to give Warren Animal Hospital a try and are so happy we did. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. Our dog Molly was diagnosed with cancer which came as a real shock. She died within two weeks, the staff were so supportive and helpful especially when grief made us unable to think straight. Thank you so very much

So I was in the market for a new vet. After browsing google for vets near my location, and checking on reviews, I'll admit after reading some of the reviews on here, I was a *little* worried, but am now glad that I gave this location a chance. I noticed some people commented before about a smell, but this location smelled just fine to me, and if anything smelled better than other vets I have been to in the past. Doctor Warren seems very professional and I was happy on feeling that someone with experience was treating my pet. She came into the room with treats for my cat, to gain his trust right off the bat, and got right down to work as quickly as possible. Which leads me also to believe she knows how some animals really do not like being at the vet, and the quick manner in which she works saves every second of your pet having to be there. She was very informative with the information she gave me, and I felt like I really was getting some professional care for my animal. Her staff, were also very kind to me, and was happy to sit with my cat while I checked out. The cost was also a lot lower than what I expected it to be, even with the more expensive injection I ended up going with! I was very happy with this visit, and to anyone reading this I say to not give much heed to any of the negative posts here, there is always going to be a few people that are unhappy in situations, and no one can really help that. Give this place a chance, and you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be returning.

Terrible, if I could give zero stars, I would. Our dog got into an unknown poison ( we think outside, because there was nothing in the house that she got into) & Dr. Warren practically accused us of being at fault. When our pup wasn't recovering after about a week, she and the staff were perfectly willing to recommend that we put our sweet little dog to sleep. They were doing very little to treat her and and just playing "wait and see". We thought it was hopeless and made a euthanasia appointment, but then I decided to give our baby another chance with a different vet. One examination and a few medicines got the sweetest dog in the world on the way to recovery & she is perfectly healthy today, no thanks to Dr. Warren.

Update: as of today Dr. Warren has tracked me down through this review and sent an email to my personal email account over this situation. This would require figuring out who posted this based on our patient records and messaging me outside of Google reviews and office visits. If you happen to post a negative (accurate) review of your experience, you may be contacted as wellI feel like I'm being harassed for letting others know what to expect from this office

Dr. Warren and her staff are wonderful! They are extra attentive and very thorough. Dr. Warren has provided my rabbits with excellent care - from neuter surgeries, to treating injuries, and performing wellness exams. I always recommend local rabbit owners to her facility, and will continue to go there for as long as I live in the area! The staff is great about answering my questions, checking in on my rabbits after they visit, and showing that they truly care about my pets and I. Dr. Warren is very kind and knowledgable too, which makes me very comfortable allowing her to treat my rabbits. She also sees cats, dogs, birds, and other small pets!

We always have a good experience and know our pets are well taken care of when we board them. Dr. Warren is a very professional, competent veterinarian. I got a new tiny kitten for my wife from my sisters litter. Tiny kitty needed shots so wife looked for a Good reasonable vet. We were quoted 140ish for all of kittens shots. Shots were then spanned out over a 3 visit period and we were going to be charged over 300 dollars until we said no STOP. Will never be taking our pets here again and will be contacting BBB

Worst Vet visit ever DO NOT go to this place, the Vet is horrible and shows no concern for your pet what so ever. I literally went to get a urine analysis (pee test) for my cat and my animal didn't produce any urine so I had to pay for an entire Vet visit and I knew nothing was wrong with my cat. Then had the nerve to try to sell me some spray, almost cursed her out.. Then I had to ask her how much ,y cat weighed, I personally don't think they weighed her because the weight she gave me was the same amount I got from my last Vet visit with a differ Doctor. She pretty much was useless and just wanted my money. The place smelled horrible, but the staff were friendly. Dr. Warren wasn't so friendly tho, she definitely had a disconnection with me. I would never go to this place ever again and if there was a zero or negative star I would give it to her.

I worked for Dr. Warren for 2 years while finishing my B.S. at MTSU. All I can say is that she is a gifted veterinarian with a deep concern for her patients. Her meticulousness and thoroughness exceeds any other vet I've met. Being a stickler for the rules and following procedure saves pet's lives. She treats every pet like they are top priority and makes decisions based absolutely on what's best for the pet (and NOT for her wallet- try finding another vet that does that)

I love my pets like they are my children and would not hesitate for one second to take them to see Dr. Warren.

She communicates directly and some people find this difficult to understand. I found it refreshing. If you want to chat with your friends, go to a bar. If you want quality veterinary care, go see Dr. Warren ;-P

If I could I would give this place zero stars. Seeing as how I had to give at least one to write this review is the only reason that there is one. The receptionist and the technicians are awesome people. They are very helpful and very pleasant to be around. Dr. Warren on the other hand is the complete opposite. She may be able to treat pets, but she has absolutely no personality what so ever and acts like she absolutely hates her life and hates what she's doing. There honestly couldn't be someone on this earth who seems less interested in what's going on around her. My daughter has also heard some bad stories from people who worked there for a short period of time before they ran away screaming. Apparently she constantly yells at her staff and talks down to them like they're stupid people because they didn't graduate from vet school.. I've heard these stories straight from a previous employees mouth. She only worked there 2 days and in those 2 days was treated terribly. When I went in there she didn't act like she cared about me, or my pet, or the fact that I was giving her my money. She stared at the pet and myself with a dumbfounded look on her face the entire time, and then walked us to the front and walked away. I will never go here again, and you shouldn't either!!!!!

I read all the reviews before I wentand I must say that I was not thrilled about going from what I read. But after my precious Howie's check up, I was more than excited. Tina was so pleasant and helpful over the phone in discussing my options with me. Even when I arrived, Tina continued to take care of me and Howie and make sure we were ok. Within 2 minutes of being at the animal hospital, Casey came in and greeted Howie and started an assessment. She was very calm and gentle with Howie which made me feel So MUCH more comfortable. Casey continued throughout the whole process in making sure that Howie was not getting upset which I thought was awesome because I have been to many other vets that don't really care how the animal is feeling. Then Dr. Warren came in and did the examination and went over everything with me before any treatment. She explained the process, simplified it, and treated Howie for only the things I asked for. She went over cost and other options as well which really made me feel at ease. I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Tina, Casey, and Dr. Warren! Your staff is amazing! !!!
